Bad – Mostly wafer and covered with dark chocolate with a small amount of creamy-type filling. Lacked taste and left a weird aftertaste due to the artificial sugars. If you read the packet, it says it's 30% fat. It's OK but I wouldn't pay money to have them. Have a piece of fruit instead. It was free when I bought the FatBlaster shakes Tasted like cardboard with a slight coffee flavour, actually high in fat (30%).
