Ridiculously Poor – I’ve owned this for two years or more and it has been nothing but trouble from day one. The screen calibration goes out ever so often that I had a SD card with the calibration tool in the car permanently. Initially, the calibration would hold for a few days, but now it won’t calibrate at all despite going through the whole process. Pinching in a… Read more

new location is like playing chess blindfolded! Save your money and buy a different brand. I’m contemplating buying a cheap Chinese brand from eBay and using my Navman as a paperweight.

Totally disappointed.

Good support – I just wanted a basic unit to have in the car for use on the odd occasion. Does all the things I require it to do. Like others, I had problems with the calibration of the screen after a couple of years and was quite disappointed until I found this review site. I used the link provided by Navman in responses to others that had this problem and… Read more

calibrated the screen successfully. Hopefully it will continue to operate correctly but I have the files saved should I need to do it again.

Worst Product – I bought Navman Move 60LM about a year ago and it worked fine for first 10 months. It started creating problem from 11th month and unfortunately didn't replace within warranty as I was resetting and using it for next months. Now the touch screen absolutely doesn't work and is of no use. The worst ever product and waste of money .

Absolute rubbish – Absolute piece of junk. The first move 60 I brought had the same touch screen calibration issues that every other move 60 seems to have.It was replaced under warranty now the replacement unit is doing the same thing.. Now the worst point what drugs were the programmers on when doing the algorythms for the navigation software??? So many times the… Read more

unit has me doubling back instead of direct routes. The amount of times I program in an address whilst knowing the general area I really only use it to find the final adress. The amount of times I am absolutely gobsmacked at the way the unit is telling me to go .In particular taking me 2km in the opposite direction and then wanting me to double back on a minor rd with a lower speed limit.

Even when I ignore the directions it is constantly trying to get me back on the route it wants me to take even though I am already way past the point that my way is clearly closer to the destination.

Don't get me started on how often the road speed limit indicated on the unit is wrong even on recently updated maps.

Can Navman please explain to me when I am typing the name of a street one would reasonably assume the fist letter you type would be the letter the street starts with would be in the first lot of suggestions. But nooo I can type in a street starting with the letter M but the first suggestions are streets which do not start with the letter M but the M could be the fourth fifth letter or in the second second word of the street name.WHY WOULD ANYBODY WANT A STREET NOT STARTING WITH THE FIRST LETTER YOU TYPED BEFORE A STREET STARTING WITH THAT LETTER????? THIS IS BEYOND STUPID

Unfortunately I do not have the money to replace this unit but if I did I would take great pleasure driving over it & posting it on YouTube with an explanation of why I am doing it & send the smashed unit to Navman

No real help from navman on replacement item – Purchased move 60 lm in March 16 was happy with gps. Then it started not to accept addresses and the touch screen not responding to touch. Unit was replaced within warranty and now 6 months later the new unit is doing the same. Reading all the reviews there is some sort of a problem with them. Navman not warrantying the replacement unit not happy to say the least. Think very carefully before purchasing a navman. Service not up to scratch.

Ongoing Screen Calibration and Battery Issues – Like others on this site, I have experienced screen calibration and battery issues since I bought it early 2016. The unit was sent away for repair in Dec 2016 (I paid postage) and it is now doing exactly the same thing. The unit is out of warranty but I would expect it to have lasted longer than 18 months (given that Lifetime maps were… Read more

included!).

It started failing soon after being 'repaired' and the screen calibration issue has got steadily worse until it's now at a stage that I can no longer use it.

Doesn't seem fair that I will need to purchase a replacement given the poor performance of the device throughout it's (short) life

In defence, the repair was quite quick - I just expected that this would include a fix of the problem. This seems to be a common issue with this unit - shame it falls to the consumer to replace at their cost.

Very disappointed and won't be buying Navman again.

Worst gps I have ever seen – This is the worst gps unit I have ever used, I purchased it to replace an older tom tom unit that I did not have updates for, what a mistake, it was very difficult to program, I often gave up trying, and used my tom tom to get me close to my destination.. I really should have sent it back but like a lot of things in this world we often accept the rubbish that is sold to us without complaint. Wont buy again, tom tom so superior

Terrible – I have had my Move60LM, it is the worst GPS I have ever owned. Have sent it back twice for repair in warranty, and the second time I asked for a new one. They sent one and now its not working, wont charge, and the screen needs calibrating again. Don't buy one, you'll only be disappointed, Robyn 04.07.2017

would not be that hard to find a better product – Bought a MOVE60LM 12 months ago, battery died at least 6 months ago but unit works OK if power constantly connected, I may be a cynic but wonder if this is a built in obsolescence by Navman - had a Navman EZY45 before this and had same problem with the battery (got a really old Tomtom and the battery still works fine - smaller screen and endless… Read more

cost for maps unfortunately) the MOVE60LM screen is very difficult to read in daylight no matter how settings are altered - doesnt seem to be enough contrast or my display is faulty - which is likely reading the other comments posted here. Other than that has worked OK, did first map update today reasonably straightforward if your tech savvy enough but needs an SD card for this process. I will not buy another Navman after this experience and will probably go back to Tomtom.

Product didn't last, waste of money – I purchased 2 Navmans Move LM 60 for my children's Christmas of 2015. The touch screen on both units wouldn't work within the 12 month warranty period and were both sent away for repair in that period. Both units aren't used too often and upon use outside the warranty period they are both having the same issue. I have always purchased Tom Tom… Read more

which lasted years but gave Navman a chance. I will never purchase your product again due to both breaking and now having to throw 2 units out. While I am aware there is only a 12 month warranty I would like to think the units should last longer than this considering we got lifetime maps but the unit couldn't even last to use that!

Compleate waste of money – I Got a navman 60LM the start up process is long and when wrighting in your street name it gives you very limited choices in letters . most frustrating thing ive ever used . even the downloads were hard to use . all and all it was hard to operate and time wasting .

Can't calibrate the screen – The screen is now missaligned on both my move60lm, I can't use the back arrow or any functions to the far left of screen, all it needs is to access the bace Windows CE6 operatiing Sys to adjust , but Navman were not smart enough to include it in the settings , Now I have 2 near usless Move60 that I need while I am traveling for 2 months and… Read more

thousands of klms from home , the solution was to repair and send it back to me but the service person could not get it into his head we have no postal address for the next 2 months , Solution is now I have to buy another GPS while I am traveling and it will not be a bloody Navman this time I would rather go back to IGO Premo and it has more function than Navman, did not like navman years ago don't no why I thought they improved

Only got it because I thought the speed cams would be more up to date than my other GPS , My mistake

Touch Screen won't calibrate – Was working perfectly fine for 11 months, now the screen won't respond to touch. I tried to reset the MOVE60LM first and it would get stuck on the tutorial not responding to touch and move to the next screen. Have recovered twice to try to calibrate the screen but still not working. Thankfully JUST within warranty and will take back to place of purchase this week. I'll post an update with how this pans out.

it died 2 months after warranty ran out – After charging overnight, still no sign of life from the device. IT STOPPED WORKING STRAIGHT AFTER WARRANTY RAN OUT. I suspect inbuilt deterioration (or whatever the word for that is). The bottom line is that I will never spend a Cent on a navman product again and i will tell everyone i know what kind of product i got from navman and recommend that they avoid it.

Absolute junk. Avoid at all costs – I got this unit through FlyBuys and I think the folk at MiTac (makers of Navman) thought they would unload some faulty gear on them. Basically: - The battery retains no charge at all. - The USB port is dodgy and randomly disconnects then reconnects with the computer so that it is impossible to update the maps. - The GPS arial is pretty poor.… Read more

Sometimes on a cloudy day the unit would decide that I've suddenly moved 500M to the left and reconfigure its route based on its belief that I'm on a different road. Very annoying.

I contacted the makers and returned the unit (at my expense) to their Sydney headquarters. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks they just sent me a new unit that had all the same faults as the one I'd returned.

Reading other reviews of Navman products also shows that they suffer battery problems and poor reception of the GPS signal. I guess the term 'Quality Control' are just two words in the dictionary as far as MiTac are concerned.
