Poor Quality/Customer Services – Bought one of these in May 2019 (was probably installed a few months later during house renovation). It was good when it worked. However, after about 2 years use, the back panel started to rust. Recently lodged a service request (within warranty period of 4 years) to have it rectified. Neff refused to help, claiming that the oven was not installed correctly. Firstly, my cupboard was designed and installed by a qualified builder and I would have no way of knowing this; secondly, I doubt that the problem with insufficient ventilation behind, as cited by Neff, would have much to do with internal rust, as moisture is highly unlikely to be vented to the back of cupboard; lastly, my cupboard is 700mm deep, rather than a standard 600mm one as shown on Neff's specifications, which hasn't been considered at all.
Neff end up deciding that they should not honour warranty, further stating that buying a new oven is the only way forward. No option for repair whatsoever.
Now my rusted oven is still in limbo.

Neff customer service and quality – Purchased oven after getting good feed back from write ups and suppliers. Big mistake , have had oven for 12 months , have had service agents out 9 times with different problems. Fix one ,another problem comes up, customer service very, very slow in acknowledging problems and then suggest ridiculous solutions or even book service calls without my ok .I want a full refund or brand new replacement, spoke with customer service 3 weeks ago was told that would call back the next day , still waiting on a response.
