Non stick?? – Purchased for use in Motorhome as it was a nest of 5 pots/pan & would be easy to keep clean as touted as Non Stick. After about 1..5yrs of use (& only when travelling) everything sticks!!! I have done quite a number of cooking classes & am a very good cook & appreciate my appliances & how to use & care for them but would have to say that I am now… Read more

getting rid of this cookware & will be investigating another brand. Also would not recommend it as does not live up to expectations

I love them, but have trouble with the handle – I love this pot set but I have had trouble with two handles so far and am having difficulty trying to order another. Love how they stack and the bright colours  Show details

Pots are great but best to use lastest model handle – We have had our pots for about four years now and they are great. I love how they stack up (to save space) and they have been very durable. We had a lot of trouble with the handle (it kept breaking and we had about four replacements)... That was, until Neoflam kindly replaced the handle with the latest model, which has strengthened metallic mechanisms, rather than weaker plastic components. Their customer service was really outstanding.

The lids are dangerous! – I purchased this set that came with one glass lid over 2 years ago. I have been very happy with it until now. I was cooking dinner last night when the glass lid fell on the ground. The lid did not break or even shatter, it exploded! Tiny shards of glass went absolutely everywhere. I was so lucky my 4 year old daughter wasn't in the room at the… Read more

time. I had my dinner sitting on the kitchen bench ready to go in the oven but i had to throw the entire meal in the bin because the shards of glass from the lid had gone into it even though it was up high on the bench. I have never had anything break so horribly before. I am shocked that someone would make this product that breaks so dangerously. It is a serious safety issue and for this reason i will never buy any of their products again. I spent over an hour hunting down pieces of glass that went all through my house. I even has to pull pieces out from my hand and feet that had splintered into my skin. I am just so shocked that these lids were designed so dangerously!

Glass lids are unsafe to use.

Disappointing – Our neoflam set lasted approximately 2 months before we started experiencing lifting of the non stick surface and reduced performance. While we applaud the concept of a non toxic non stick coating unfortunately despite following the detailed care instructions, this product does not have the durability required for an everyday cookware set. I would not recommend these products. Lack of durability

NeoFlam Midas set – Bought this set approx 8 months ago for $300 (reduced from $600). I am very happy with the pots in terms of cleaning and health benefits. Just so easy to clean. If something does stick, it is easily wiped off. One thing that I am disappointed with is the separate handle. While it is handy because you can use the one handle with all the pots,… Read more

it tends to lift the colour coating wherever you clip it. Using it with the different pots means you don't attach it to the same spot each time, and you end up with lots of small uncoated areas.

Also I would never buy it at the full price. I think $300 is more than reasonable.

Would I buy more NeoFlam products - probably not at that price.

January 12th 2015 Update:

Be careful with the handle. After much use it is losing its grip on the pots. e.g you could be carrying something to the table and both handle and pot separate. Very dangerous. easy to clean expensive; handle leaves marks
