Really disappointed to see the CHOC SHAKER has been removed from the Cappuccino sachets box. Nescafe gave me a diplomatic answer when I emailed them, they gave me a blah diplomatic excuse, saying 'it was a hard decision to make' and more blah blah. Must be profit over customers. Now trying to find another brand. Price keeps rising though for a lesser product. That choc shaker brought me joy at work when I was unable to buy a real Cappuccino. Its the small things Nescafe, especially that small thing, full of choc powder joy - please bring it back.
Purchased in at Coles Supermarkets for $6.50.
This product has been going down hill for some time. The flavour changed. It no longer frothes up. The croc shaker contents lessened, to the extent that it no longer was sufficient for the 10 sachets. Now it has disappeared all together. And the proce has increased. Very poor. Very lousy. No doubt a shaker will soon appear separately at some stupid price. All in all, it is time to try an alternative brand.

Terrible – How dare nescafe take the chocolate shaker out of the 10 pack. Talk about company greed. All they have done is prove profit over customer satisfaction is the norm. I am truly shocked

Nescafe Cappuccino 10 Box NO CHOC SHAKER – Have been enjoying this product for a couple of years. Suddenly and subtilty Nescafe have removed the Choc Shaker that really makes the product a Cappuccino. Without the Choc shaker it is NO DIFFERENT TO A LATE. Nescafe sneakily picture a "Serving suggestion" which shows the Choc sprinkled on top which is the identical picture from the boxes that included the Choc shaker. Nescafe should at least provide small sachet packets to go with the Cappuccino sachets.
