Very poor Quality Vincento lounge – Very poor quality leather lounge. We purchased this lounge last years January and after about 6 months of rarely using the lounge the color started to peel off, se we had it repainted ( of course they could mix the color to match). But now after a year its peeling off again, and the middle seat is much lower compared to the other seating areas. Contacted the store send out a person to check it, they were saying its not a structural issue but admitted that the seat isnt how it should be after just a year and a half! The leather extremly poor quality! The phine central handling the warranty claims are extremly unprofessional, they hanged up the phone on me while I was talking, twice! Im asking NickScali for a refund or a store credit but after reading the complaints I will stick to the refund!

I logged the issue with my lounge in the end of May/early June 2021, its September and all they are offering is to finally fix the issues that are re-appearing! If I say poor customer service I wont even express how furious I am about the situation!
Nick Scali Leather Lounge is a Rot – We bought a leather lounge in 2016 and just after 2 years of use the leather started peeling. About couple of months ago the leg broke. Discussed with NickScali(NS) and apparently leg is NOT part of Structure of the sofa and hence not covered under NS warranty.

Very poor quality – Very poor quality leather lounge. I purchased this lounge two years ago and have had two warranty claims. Had to have it re glued and re stuffed and now the leather is peeling and cracking. It has been cleaned and conditioned regularly and I have owned leather lounges for 17 years previously without an issue. The leather is extremely poor quality and the frame still creaks every time someone sits down. Please do not buy this product it and based on my experience I would not recommend Nick Scali Furniture to anyone.
