Night Cruiser

Absolute scammers. She hardly gets back to you and then after trying to actually confirm she would turn up to my wedding with no response. I cancelled as I didn’t want someone not showing for it (this was two weeks before the date so ample notice) and since hasn’t responded to any calls or emails and hasn’t even responded about giving my deposit back. I promise you’ll regret it if you book with them.

The only reason I would give this company 1 star is because they turned up... I organised a 40th birthday party for my wife to travel around the wineries in VIC and their organisation was terrible!!! Never responded to calls to discuss issues, never provided accurate quote for job.... I communicated with someone named Annette by email a few times but she was terrible at communicating. I will NEVER use this company again....

Lady miss communicated with me about price tried to charge me more on the day. And then tells me its a standard bus not a party bus. And was rude and ignoring our questions and wouldnt even let us have the music loud. Wasnt even a proper bus just a normal front facing van, total waste of do not recommend

Great service and experience on this party bus! Was so much fun for my sisters hens party. The driver and team were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely use again!

Fantastic Experience with Night Cruiser! – I had a fantastic experience with Night Cruiser! Booking was a breeze, and they were very accommodating when I needed to adjust the pickup time and location. The night itself was wonderful, thanks in large part to our amazing driver, who really enhanced the group atmosphere. Very disappointing – We had a terrible experience with nightcruisers. They miss lead us to belive we had booked a mercades bud for our occasion then 9 days out from our event (after their 14 day $0 refund policy) we were shown the vehicle were actually getting which was a des's mini bus that cost us close to $2k. rectifying the issue since they already had our money and refused any sort of refund. It was so disappointing. They've been reported to the ACCC. Wouldn't recommend going through them at all. Their website is very misleading. Thankfully the third party were lovely and made our event great. Their 2.5 rating is very evident.

front to see there is no bus i rang them and said you are not in my street he goes sorry we are at wrong address we will be another 45 minutes i was so upset my when the bus arrived there were 2 people on the bus which i found odd so i asked them what the hell the bus was booked ages ago and $2,500 was paid for your service we replied with nothing to say. so we get on the bus the driver is driving like an idot i fell on the floor i had to get head scans and shoulder scans due to the driving i had kids on the bus that were scared it was not fun he was running red lights i am in the middle of suing them for damages and reckless driving and for all the people that have written a bad review i got your back all so its time for this company to close down and for them to stop putting people in danger.

Night Cruiser great service – The team at Night Cruiser made sure our wine tour went smoothly. On time pick ups and drop offs, great friendly drivers meant it went without a hitch. Five stars.

Scumbag company – Had two buses booked for months and they decided to pull out the night before the wedding. Don't use these guys don't give a crap they just blame sub contractors and hold no accountability. They're essentially a scam company Do not use

the formal and I have had a huge fight on my hands ever since trying to get some sort of refund …the amount refunded was way less than it should have been and the owner was incredibly difficult to deal with and unwilling to accept any liability! Do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost!!

have taken off nobody answers their phone and the bus is nothing like what its advertised as! we will be taking legal action against this SCAM of a company but save yourselves the hassle of dealing with the most unprofessional "company" absolutely disgusting

What the hell – The bus was not the same as what was advertised. And worst of all there was a stain on the bus. We assumed it must have been from a previous trip, nevertheless was disgusting. It seemed to splat across the walls aswell, hopefully it didn’t get in anyones drinks! Would not recommend as I was physically and mentally raped on this bus.

Best 18th Ever! – We are so thankful for our Nightcruiser Party Bus experience. This was my daughter's dream for her 18th birthday, and, thanks to Natalie and Dragy, her dream came true! She and her friends had a really lovely time.

the wrong thing and put the community or driver at risk. $350 was held. We have been given the absolute run around by Natalie who told us to put it in writing for head office - we did that, then NO response. Following 20+ ignored calls and messages I called Roland….. funnily after that call Natalie finally answered?? She then shifted it from the ‘head office speel” on too the refund was up to the sub contacted driver and would get back with a response that afternoon…. Yup you guessed it NO RESPONSE again. Another 2 weeks went by with multiple ignored messages and calls (seems to be her pattern). Finally today I tried 3 calls - no answer then I messaged that I would be calling Roland… surprise surprise she answered the next call immediately. This time she advised that the driver has refused to refund the money however if it was lockdown due to covid we would have been reimbursed. I asked why we have had zero communication or response she said ‘oh umm I only got a reply from the driver on the weekend’ . I explained that the majority were in lockdown as they were given state instructions to isolate. She ran round in circles saying that she had never spoken to my niece (who made the booking) which was untrue as it was following the refusal of the $350 that I became involved. I asked for evidence of the drivers disapproval- she ummmed and ahhhhed before saying “I don’t have that he called me”. I asked for evidence of what head office had responded again she took a second then replied “It’s against the law and no one will talk to you as you sis not book this” - I then asked if my niece called would she get this evidence of all the stories we are being told… she basically then said I’m not going to stay on this call as your not a customer. So in a nut shell this company has given us the complete run around for over 3 weeks. We have a record of all the conversations with Natalie and you can see her lies clearly. We had to cancel yes. But we could have been negligent and got on that bus knowingly we had many with covid. We chose to do the right thing to protect the community and the night cruiser bus driver and their family. Unfortunately we can not say the same about night cruiser or Natalie. Just terrible practise! Share with your family and friends to stay far far away and book with a reputable company that has integrity and an element of customer service

Horrible Service – Got in contact with the company many times and gave over personal information for it to never be followed up. Got in contact more times, same thing happened. Highly recommend! – Nightcrusier made our night super enjoyable ! They provided excellent service allowing us to get two destination pick ups and arriving and dropping us on time ! Couldn’t of asked for a better company, was definitely a highlight of the night !

Better Then The Formal Itself! – We booked with this company for our formal and honestly couldn’t be happier! It was on time, clean and great sound system and lights. Our bus driver was lovely and made sure we had a good time. Would recommend this company and will defiantly be coming back!
