I'm looking to swap my old blown up QG16DE and swapping in a SR20DE but don't know what what to really start with, I've looked around but not much out there. They come from the same car just different models so would it be somewhat easy to swap?
I need to replace the engine in my automatic 2004 N16 Nissan Pulsar. Will a QG engine from a manual drop straight. Big question - Do the crank bolts line up ie auto flex plate v manual flywheel?

What engine do you currently have in the N16? Is it a QG18DE? If you are 100% you wanna do an engine swap, i would suggest swapping it to a QR25DE engine! I personally don't recommend engine swapping a pulsar, unless the engine has serious mechanical problems that can't be resolved. Sometimes doing something as simple as replacing the cool air intake or doing an oil change (servicing it pretty much lol) could get you as much power as you need.

everything can be fixed I would be removing the wheels both front sides so u can inspect what is bent most likely swing arm bracket or something around that area
Well, the answer is simple. There are two things that could cause this. First is the lower ball joint. This helps the wheel turn left and right, if this was broken then the wheel can become displaced even to the extent of flopping outside the front fender/guard. The second item is the lower control arm. This is in a "A" shape and if either front or rear of the open end of the A has been broken off or the mountings, then the wheel will fold into the guard as you have described. Also if this has happened then the swaybar link will be broken as well. All these parts are easy to get and cheap. Finding a mechanic to do the work can be costly.

Only Nissan pulsar which r made after 2011 have these gearbox issues and regarding your question , I don’t know much about mechanical part , better you ask a mechanic
