A very expensive mistake – Was hoping for this product to work or make a difference but after paying an expensive price I didn't see a result at all, the customer services is clearly not in Australia so the communication was difficult, they did not accepted the request for a refund, I have to pay the postage to send it back for them to double check if there is a problem with my $506 device. :( only buy it if you can afford to potentially lose your money.
