Does the job but listen to your body! – I have been taking LIPO 6 HERS for several years (with very long breaks as advised). LIPO is a very strong product and when I first tried it, I was a little nervous as it made me very hot, shaky and a little sick. When my mate took it, she had a panic attack. Before I say what I think about LIPO, let me remind you, everyone is different and will experience this product differently. Since there are not many LIPO's reviews out there I decided to share my experience. If you already suffer from a heart condition, depression or just excite easily maybe chat to your doctor about this. I don't like doctors so my approach was taking 1 pill a day (despite the 6 recommended) when I first tried it years and years ago now. I was taking eventually 3 a day only and it was enough for me as I only wanted a little bit of help, not magic. I now take all 6 days a day (3 at 5 am when I wake up and exercise and 3 at around lunch time although my second training is around 6 pm) but never later than 2 pm as the effect may last over 6 hours (again, vary for everyone). I still get hot sometimes, a little shaky and experienced short of breath a few times but I don't mind these because these are the consequences of the rapidly increased energy and super awesome focus. I feel amazing. I sleep very well. I get up very early very easily after a 12 hour working day. My focus and attention to detail are exceptional. My memory's improved. So, if you are healthy and not easily excited I'd recommend LIPO for some extra energy. BUT it of course doesn't make you lose weight (nothing does apart from dieting and exercising) so don't treat it as magic but as what it is, a supplement to your very active life. Of course, pay your dr a visit once a year to make sure you are fine. This product is believed to hurt your heart. I hate drs but do general health checks every 9-10 months and I am fine so far. DOES WORK – i hate trying to find a product for me, when there are no reviews or advice about it, so when i started this product, Nutrex Lipo-6 Black Hers Ultra Concentrate i made sure i would advise other people out there. i was heavily overweight and began to take this pill three times a day. IF you eat right and do some excersise such as light walk or aerobics this pill works within a few weeks. i increased my does as i was not exercising but i cut back when i joined gym... cheap, quick, no side effects dodgy packaging, no reviews, could be stronger
