rollers are surprisingly accurate around the shoulders, lower back, and waist, especially after long work days. The 5D movement feels much more natural compared to older massage chairs we tried in stores.

The zero gravity mode is amazing for relaxation, and the stretching function really helps loosen tight muscles. We also use the foot rollers almost daily. The chair feels very premium and quiet while running, which we didn’t expect considering how powerful it is.

What impressed us most is that we genuinely use it every day instead of it becoming “just furniture.” My partner has ongoing back tension and it has helped a lot with recovery and sleep quality.

If I had to mention one downside, the leg massage could be a little stronger compared to the back massage, but overall the experience is excellent. It definitely doesn’t fully replace a professional massage therapist, but for daily use at home it comes very close.

Received our chair 2 days ago and Jin traveled 2 hours to install the chair downstairs in our home. Jin’s service was outstanding from the time I tried the chair in store to receiving in my home. Have only had a couple of massages but very impressed with the results.
