Ogawa has no customer service support in Australia – We bought an Ogawa Smart Delight Plus massage chair from Costco a few years ago. The chair has model number:OG 7568.Now we need the replacement parts support with remote control which has been cracked inside. And the circuit boards in chair. Contact Ogawa Australia and they said "unfortunately we are not the supplier for this model and we have never sold this model in this market before. Therefore we do not have any spare part for this model."
It seems that no company is responsible for the customer service support of Ogawa in Australia.

Amazing experience – Brought for family. They really like this gift. My mom used everyday. Sometimes I use it too. But my mom always kick me out of her chair. Haha. I am so happy she loves it.
The thai stretch was amazing – I came to try the chair this morning with my husband. I was not really planning to make a purchase today, but I tried it for roughly 25 mins and I could tell the difference between my 4 years old massage chair and the one I tried today. Ogawa chair was absolutely comforting, specially the auto adjustable legs and knees. I tried thai massage, and I was quite surprised with how good it stretches my lower back and legs. The airbags were literally holding onto my knees and my feet and stretching all the way through for a better blood circulation. My experience today was amazing, and I just decided to finally purchase it. My husband actually ended up sleeping on the chair for another 30 mins, while I was discussing price and features. Thank you for the experience. I look forward to sit on my own chair on Monday.
