Please be cautious with this product – For a product with a 4.6kW strength, it does not compare to what it says it can do. The room it is to cool down is no larger than 25 square metres with low ceilings, yet, experience has shown where its 22 degrees outside, 26 degrees inside room with air conditioning operating. Says something. The noise is high, but can sleep through it, some will struggle.
Took it back to where purchased, wouldn't even send back, even though they're not trained air conditioning mechanics. As advised, it blows quite cool in front but does now cool the room.
There are better quality products, don't waste your money.
I do not like being negative, however, the experience with this product and sales service is not great.
Will have to go through ACCC on this unfortunately.

Noisy noisy noisy – Whilst the air does cool down with this machine. I purchased it to cool my bedroom down on the hot summers nights. The sound this machine generates is extremely noisy!! I purchased today and will be returning it to the good guys tomorrow. A complete waste of my time and money!

Great product and easy to store – Amazing relief on a hot summer day. Easy to use and easy to store away. Nice and quiet and great value for money. I will recommend this product to all my friends and family.
