This oven is a joke – Oven was purchased in Oct. 2012. It's has cooked about 20 meals since new. already replaced inside glass door at $280 (which shattered on its own while we were at the table having a meal). Will never buy another product from this manufacturer. Touch panel has a mind of it's own with all sorts of displays.

Demo mode is a problem – The oven seems to work well when everything is running smoothly but it randomly turns onto demo mode and you can't turn it on or off or stop it running through all the functions. If anyone else encounters this problem hold the light button for 5 seconds and it should turn off demo mode so you can use the oven again normally. Show details

Disappointed in this product – This oven has a mind of its own. The electronic panel turns on and off, goes into demo mode during cooking and changes cooking function. I would never buy an Omega oven again. The electronic cooking panel needs to be completely replaced after 6 years and constant problems. Lots of ruined meals with this oven.  Show details

touch panel has been replaced 3 times in 3 years – What a heap of crap. The touch panel keeps on failing. Dont waste your money on any omega appliances my cooktop has also done 3 thermo couples in 3 years. Prestige appliances have been fantastic in regard to their customer service here in adelaide. Disappointing – The oven is less than two years old and the electronic panel does not work correctly. You cant set the temperature and when it does respond it scrolls all the way up then down. Customer service cant help as we purchased the house when 12 months old. Had an Ilve for ten years prior to this that could not fault.

Disappointing Oven – This oven turns itself off or goes into a Demo mode in the middle of cooking without you being anywhere near it! Have ruined cakes and delayed meals as a result. Have had repairs x 5 and still the saga continues.The repairer has replaced all of the parts and it is still happening. Would not buy another one! Looks nice. Repairer can't seem to solve problem

This is one great oven! – This is a very good oven - great functions, easy to use and clean. True temperature control (a big issue I have found on some of the other very expensive competitors). Looks great - very stylish in my new kitchen. I love an electric oven and this has to be the best I have ever owned. 5 stars. easy to use, good functions and looks fab!
