Door issue when cleaning – Cooks ok but have to move metal trays as to narrow height. Came with package with our McDonald Jones home build in 2012. Door was never very tight fit. I removed door to clean & that was the end as spring / hinges on door became loose & temperature affected. Cost $375.00 to fix & service person told me metal bar under oven was caused fault as… Read more

metal not think enough to hold hinge. Apparently manufacturing fault but out of warranty. Apparently Electrolux ovens have same fault. Don't make white goods or electric items to last past 2 years!!

Questionable Quality – Purchased brand new 4 years ago. First time tried to use it would not work. Reason: wiring in oven not connected properly. Repaired under warranty. From day one experienced temperature control problems with recipes quoting a temperature and cooking time never being properly cooked. Ultimately the temperature control board failed causing the main… Read more

control to also fail with the oven overheating melting the kitchen cabinetry surrounds. Wrote to the importer customer services expressing our disappointment that it had only lasted 4 years (unreasonable in our opinion) and asked for consideration in helping with the repair which was $768. Their response by email "Item is out of warranty" we cannot help you.

Not built to last – Oven died after only 6 years, Very disappointed. To repair or replace, that is the question,More reliable and piece of mind to replace I think. Until then it worked well and never had to clean. The older dial types lasted many years, Having computer electronics too close to heat source probably doesnt help.Should always read product reviews first before purchasing. Self cleaning.Cooked evenly. Short lifespan ,not worth fixing

Good – I installed a new kitchen in November 2009 and installed Omega OO910XA underbench. This model has full electronic programming with a child lock and the programming is very difficult to understand from the basic instructions supplied. It took days of trial and error to select a programme and I'm still working through them. Overall, I'm very… Read more ·  1

satisfied with the oven - it cooks evenly and is very fast. The fan seems to stay on for an hour or so afterwards to cool the oven down. Although the shape of this oven seemed ideal for underbench installation, the heat rises when you open the door and this is a considerable problem. I would buy the ame oven again but wall mount it next time. Choice of 10 different cooking programmes including pizza. Very fast and even heat - telescopic shelves. Plenty of internal space and easy to place dishes side by side or use very wide trays. Easy to clean and very attractive. Because of the side controls, this oven gives much easier access for underbench mounting than some others but the rising heat is a problem when you open the door. Very poor documentation and conflict between very basic manual supplied and downloaded instructions. A basic manual written in English together with example recipes for each cooking programme would be helpful.

Excellent – We are really happy with this oven and found it was helpful to read the Product Review on line of other ovens we have looked at to see whether there were positives or negatives to look out for. There was no Product Review on this particular model but to date we have found it be be most efficient. Purchased the Omega 00971XA. Looks great… Read more ·  2

installed. Cooks wonderfully. Capacity to use either conventional or fan forced gives you a choice. Plenty of space within oven to cook a few dishes together. Other most important factor was the fact that the glass door within the oven is one nice flat piece with no hinging etc which makes it exceptional to clean. No dislikes
