No offer to replace despite 5 year alleged warranty – OK for a year. Suddenly failed. No customer support. Told to post it to tin pot manufacturer in Port Melbourne. Have used Omron in hospitals - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
Purchased in for $129.
All I wanted was immediate replacement - standard procedure for goods under warranty. I now find my blood pressure is elevated again as I have not been able to monotor it. Very dangerous at my age. With my son ill I have no time to mess around.
Accurate – Have tested this against the monitors we use on the ward and in theatre. 1 point difference Systolic and 2 points diastolic between the five hospital units and this one. I think that’s pretty good. I use rechargeable batteries. Cannot complain about the unit at all. You might want to spend more on a unit with Bluetooth, but it really isn’t necessary.
Purchased in at Catch.
Consistent results – Very simple operation and also very consistent results. Easy to read screen. The cuff is a generous medium size and does not overinflate, like cheaper brands that strangle your arm.
Purchased in for $118.
Perfect for Family Use – Based on our experience, it just needs common type of battery. This product is easy to use. It provides accurate results. Excellent value for money and highly recommended for every family.
