Hi Susan, The HEM-7600T is designed for single-user use only, so if two people are using the device the omron app nor the machine itself can differentiate between two people. If you’d like a monitor that can be shared between two users, models such as the HEM-7155T, HEM-7361T, or HEM-6232T all include dual-user functionality. Two people can use the machine, but the memory and download functions cannot identify 2 users.
HEM7155T not able to connect with iPhone 15 Pro. It used to be well connected with my old iPhone XR. Tried pairing many time with out any success. I’m based in Singapore.

I cannot find the "All recorded data" tab
Hi Glenda. When you have the Omron Connect app open, please tap on your latest readings. On the top right-hand side (next to the text Blood Pressure and Pusle), you should see 3 dots next to each other. Once you tap on the dots, you should be able to see "all recorded data". We purchased a cuff model 7600T and it will not connect. We have updated the software on the iPhone, turned the phone on and off, tried registering for different regions even though we are in Australia, taken batteries out and put them back in. Nothing seems to enable us to connect the Bluetooth. We have checked settings on the phone and it does not appear. We are frustrated as we have never ever experienced such difficulties with any device purchased ever ! After spending 10 years in IT that is saying something. Any help would be appreciated.

We just bought the same brick off Amazon. Tried with 6 different phones, tried clearing/resetting the 7600T and turning Bluetooth off and on again. Omron came highly recommended, but given they don’t provide support on weekends, will be returning the device to Amazon. Should have done more research and not trusted word of mouth.
Thanks for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience. If you’re still open to troubleshooting, I’d recommend first checking your instruction manual for the exact model number. For example, did you purchase the HEM-7600T EVOLV? If so, during the Omron Connect pairing process, you may see a prompt saying "If the screen does not switch, tap here", tapping that will allow you to manually select your model (e.g. HEM-7600T EVOLV) to help the app recognise the device.
Please note the Australian model is called HEM-7600T SMART ELITE, not EVOLV, so devices bought on Amazon may be international versions that require slightly different setup steps.

How do I reset time zone

Sorry, in that didn't work. Tried taking batteries out, deleting and re-adding device. Phone is correct time but sync is previous time zone from a trip.

Hi Ian. Your device should be taking the time from your phone settings. If this is not working for you, you can also restore your monitor to default settings. You'll have to press and hold the Bluetooth button on your device until you see P appear. Once you see P appear, then also press the STOP/START button until CLR appears on the screen. You'll then need to press the STOP/START button to turn the device off. Then, delete this device through your Omron connect app, restart your phone, and repair the device to the phone via Omron connect. This should reset the date and time. Hi just bought this All seems OK. one question. How to do a 2nd and 3rd reading. Does it have a reset time before taking another reading. Just habit to do 2 or 3 readings together to get an average.
A single measurement does not provide an accurate indication of your true blood pressure. You need to take and record several readings over a period of time. Try to measure your blood pressure at the same time each day for consistency. Wait for 5 minutes between each measurement interval for 3 reading, measure the average on your omron connect app for HEM7600T

I was gifted with a HEM 7600T, but I can't get it to pair with the Omron Connect App. I also have a BP6350 that connects fine. Basically, the HEM doesn't show up on my phone when I try to pair. And yes, I have the 7600T on pairing mode with the blinking P on the screen. I've tried everything. Any help?
Thank you Keith, I have a technical background but have been frustrated with its ability to pair. On the Connection site it shows this device isn’t available to run under the connect app? Just read the other comment, that makes me feel like a bad decision for this device, this can only track one user??? All other Omron devices have more than one person for input…
Hello Bill. I actually figured it out. The model I got is Japanese. The Japanese model will not pair with the US App, which is the App version I was using. I have since gotten the Asian App to use and it works fine though. The downside is I have a wrist BP that is from the US that I use when I travel. I’m forced to use two Apps now because of this

how do you delete one reading
Easy, just click on the top right hand side 3 dots and then go into the "all recorded data" section. Slide down to the one you want to delete. Press the ">" symbol on the right hand side. Scroll to the bottom and there should be a delete button. Press this to remove the reading.
I can not see any dots
Hi there, To delete a single reading, you will need to do this from your Omron Connect app. To do this, please open the app on your phone. You will need to tap on your latest readings. Then, on the top right you should see 3 dots. From there, tap on "all recorded data". You can then select the reading you wish to delete, and will find this open by scrolling down.

No. There is no user identifier in the device.

Hi there, we are sorry for the delay in answering your question. Unfortunately, we cannot erase all your readings from the omron connect app, but you can erase a single reading. To do that, please follow these steps: On the app's home screen, tap on your latest reading You will go to the graph section of the app. Please tap the three dots on the top right corner. Then, you will see a "all recorded data" title – please tap that one. You will see a list of all your readings, and by tapping on the arrow on the right of a single reading, when you scroll down you will see a delete option. can you get a lager cuff for hem 7600T
No you can't. The cuff and meter are a single unit. The cuff is very large anyway.

Yes you can delete. Tap most recent pulse reading. Tap three vertical dots on top right Look for “all recorded data”, Tap on this, then you will see all your listed line items Tap on extreme right of silly item, full detail pops up, see “delete” in red, bottom left If you delete it, your silly item disappears immediately. good luck....
the App for Omcron 7600T only records 2 reading per day My Doctor asked for AM Mid-day and night 3 readings to be sent to him. how do I do this? apart from using a pen and pad?
If you take 3 readings over the course of the day and download the data which can be saved as a PDF you can then email that to your Dr ,In the app open screen were BP is recorded Tap on the BP Diary after your last reading select logbook at bottom of page the date you want the readings to start from them select the end date then hit export this will download the PDF to your pre registered email address gives all the times dates and readings the Dr will need. this is an awesome machine. Good luck

Yes it does. Each person has to download the omron app on to their own phone. Once the first person has taken his/her blood pressure and transferred it to the app on his/her phone the cuff can then be used by the second person who can similarly transfer their blood pressure readings to the app on their phone.
