Disappointing – We purchased 2 laptops early last year. They have both had multiple issues. One has had the battery & motherboard replaced, as well as touchpad & touchscreen issues. malfunctions.
On sending the second laptop back for resolution of the touchpad & screen issues, the laptop was damaged in transit or on arrival for repairs - the laptop was packaged correctly and collected by the nominated One Education courier. If the laptop was 'military grade & rugged' as advertised, then the laptop did not survive a simple trip with the courier.
Our children have had issues installing software required by their school - despite the specs if the devices exceeding the minimum requirements. (No other student in either of their classes has had this difficulty). We have now had to purchase alternative devices as with the ongoing failures of these devices as well as poor performance, they certainly don't live up to what is advertised.
Great all-rounder laptop for school – Ordered this for my daughter before school started just over a year ago and I wasn't too sure that such an affordable laptop would have lasted through the beating it took on most days (kids being kids). loves it. We also had to return it for a broken keyboard and support was super-fast and easy to deal with.
Great except for charging failures – These are great laptops in almost every way, but unfortunately they seem to be prone to fatal charging flaws. We have experienced it with two of these laptops now. We've experienced it with both the 1st (green) & 2nd (grey) model. fixed the design flaw with model 2, but they didn't allow enough length from the laptop to the transformer in the charging cable, meaning that the cable was constantly pulling down while charging which has damaged the charging port and now our 2nd Infinity won't charge and is also completely unusable. It's a pity because I think these are otherwise great value for money laptops for kids. The issue could potentially be resolved if there were two charging ports or if the cable was lengthened.

the high school student has an active pen to enable work to be completed online, so the option of the Stylus pen is essential. At first my son was not using the pen at school and consequently lost it (it was attached with a string but removed it because it was annoying to him: would be good to have compartment that the pen could slide into the laptop when not in use) but after being in lockdown 2021 over the last 4 weeks it has become very apparent that the pen is essential in order to complete work online and in particular mathematics. Currently he uses his finger to write on the screen online which is a bit temperamental to activate on the screen and messy. Strongly recommend the pen purchase.
Perfect for school BYOD – Value for money and very good build quality. The specs are low end but enough for primary school kids. Everything is solid state and built very tough so don't need to worry if it drops off the desk. The sales and support has been great, very helpful. Solid and reliable – A study machine suitable for the bumps and bruises of Highschool. This is the 4th laptop we've purchased in our daughter's 3 years at Highschool. This was a little more expensive than the previous purchases, but so far we've had no complaints or issues. Show details
Fits our needs – I thought the service was fantastic and thou they were held up because of the closeser they kept in contact with us all the time. My granddaughter is over the moon with the l laptop for school. The only thing that was a let down was, it didn't come with a handbook and wedicovered by accident that it was also a touch screen which my granddaughter thinks is great. Show details

carrying it around is quite easy and it has a handle so makes carry it easy an you can use it like a tablet which I like as well.
I know that this laptop is more marketed towards children, however I quite like using it for work as a professional that even my whole team decided to purchase them.
