this machine is insufficient, the link with the machine is poor, and the update steps are not clear. The built-in electronic pound of this machine is very inaccurate. The number showing the weight often jumps, and even suddenly shows "return to zero", even if the ingredients have been put into the cup of the machine. As a result, the amount of food is unstable when cooking. It affects the results of food. The most important thing is that this machine doesn't even have a basic soy milk recipe. As a food-making machine, it should contain more basic recipes. There are not enough built-in programs in this machine, which makes the food production process spend a lot of extra time searching for similar machines of other brands to refer to the production process. I suggest that you can add a rotating button, which can twist 360 degrees, which is convenient to adjust the temperature, speed and time of making food. The lid of this machine cannot be firmly buckled, and it is easy to fall off. Every time the lid is opened, the small accessories on the lid (i.e. measuring cup) can easily fall into the cup, affecting the quality of food production. Machine blade: The fineness of crushing food is not meticulous enough. For example, blending soybeans and soybean residue is very rough and thick. My Vitamix can blend soybeans into a very delicate and smooth state which is very fine to drink. Therefore, the number of turns of the blade to break food of this Thermocook machine needs to be improved. The rubber ring of the lid is not completely sealed. When mixing liquid in the cup, lot of liquid penetrates into the rubber ring and the edge of the cup. When I opened the lid, lots of liquid is dripping from the cup and the lid, the liquid was dropped onto the surface of the screen and the machine, it is not convenient as I have to do lots of wiping.

Overall, the service is good, but the machine itself can be improved more. The evaluation is based on my own experience, but the machine was bought by my family as a gift. Therefore, I can evaluate this machine. I am a real user.

Fantastic product, especially for the price! – Love my Thermocook, and it's become a staple for our kitchen. the icons and text being too close to the edge of the screen, but other times the screen doesn't respond to an input and it's hard to know why. For example, if the contents of the Thermocook bowl are above a certain temp you can't blend beyond speed 4. Makes sense for health and safety, but a message on the screen would help you know why without having to guess. Also, when you search for a recipe, click into one, but then click out it loses the search so you have to start again. You also can't favourite recipes when searching using the text search. All of these things are minor though and could be solved through software. The unit itself is really great!

Love this product - makes cooking easy – Makes cooking healthy meals easy! I needed something to make cooking easy for me, and this has met my needs perfectly. Easy to use, and with great product support, I'm extremely grateful for this product. Been using it 9 months now without a problem. Not sure if I've made the right choice? – Cooker is OK, limited recipes. Only had it for under a month, will see whether I'll percever with it. The mobile app is very basic, again limited and not able to add recipes. Just a mobile version of what's on the cooker (unless I'm doing something wrong). Show details

Shiny but less good than TM31 – We previously owned a thermomix 31 for nearly 10 years and wore it out with daily use and abuse. The thermocook is not as useful or versatile despite the sparkly screen and touch functions. The inability to blend anything that is above 60 degrees in particular is a pain. Recipes do not come out as reliably as our old unit. I would honestly buy a second hand TM31 if I had my chance again.

I have brought this (or one like it, i dont remember if it was the 2.0 or 3.0) for my wife. She absolutely loves it. She is a Chef and a amazing one at that. She states that this one machine makes her whole life easier now we have a child some days it would be the only way she has time to cook our meal to the standard it comes without having to ignore our baby for too long. Show details ·  1

I have had my thermocook for 3 years now. The handle just broke, and I love that I was able to order a new part, rather than having to throw out the machine and buy another. takes too long for me stand by the stove, but I wanted to include more wholegrains in my diet. Same for brown and black rice. I use the thermocook so much more than I expected. Usually 4 - 5 times per week, but sometimes up to 4 times per day. Other things I use it for regularly include bechamel sauce for lasagne, bread dough, pizza dough, vegetable soups. We actually cook all our rice in it as the rice comes out nicely fluffed in individual grains. Some things that I was surprised to find I use it regularly for are hamburger mixture, coleslaw, mashed potato, boiled eggs. Things that I cook less often, but turn out great because of the temperature control, include custard, lemon curd, jams and chilli paste. It is also great for quick mix cakes, particularly carrot or apple cake, as it grates the carrots and apples so easily. I love that it goes in the dishwasher.

kept me informed throughout. Today I have just made Chicken tiki masala in it which was so easy and much less messy than when I do it in a pan. I also have just made quince paste in it and those who have made this before by hand will know how much it has to be stirred but with the thermocook it does it all for you. I find it sautés well chops well, beats well and always make my soups in it. If I had one complaint it would be that I can't turn it up full to blitz it if the temperature is hot so I usually try and blitz my creamy soups before I heat it so I don't have to wait for it to cool down, I understand that this is a safety feature. Making choux pastry in it is a breeze especially because as you add each egg it just beats it in for you. I have given the build quality a 4 instead of a 5 just because I feel a handle would be helpful. Highly recommend.

Bought this machine for myself – I had a Thermomix - the older one, and loved it. I got the new one, and I have given it to my daughter as I just couldn't take to it, I just wanted my old one back, and had had it for a long while. New jug – Ordered a new jug for my Thermocook Pro M 2.0 as I had dropped mine and broken the handle right off the jug. It arrived with a new measuring cup and new blades. I was super pleased. Best on the market!! – Worked 15 years around commercial kitchen equipment and used several of this all in ones option. The pro m 2 is the best I ever tried. You can really do A Lot. And for who is not really experienced it is an awesome way to get passionate about getting some recipes done from very easy to follow cookbook pre installed. Great job people. Show reply

Great helper in the kitchen – I love my thermocook so far. I still need to get used to using a thermocooker as this is my first experience with it. Inbuilt recipes are great although I think it would be better to have all weighed instead of using cups, spoon etc... measuraments. Show reply
