Miracle sticky label remover for glass – I hate labels that leave an almost impossible-to-remove sticky residue on glass, and have tried almost everything over the years. This Orange Power stuff works miracles on removing label goo from glass. Squirt a small amount on a cloth rag, dab on the sticky spot to soften the goo then rub. The goo will soften and smear. Next wipe off the smear… Read more

with a damp cloth or wash with a little dish soap and warm water to leave sparkling glass with no sticky stuff.

This worked a treat on a set of stemless wine glasses I bought today.

NOTE: Do NOT use on plastics or acrylics as I have found that this stuff damages plastics. I would only use on glass.

Not the same! – I've always bought this product! I can't believe how watered down this is now! Not happy anymore Show details

The ULTIMATE sticky residue removal – I have used this predominately on glass bottles to remove labels and this stuff is absolutely magic. It doesn't seem to be too harsh on the skin and of course smells like oranges. I know some people have underscored this product due to its ability to mark some plastics however when that information is listed on the bottle I don't think that is a… Read more

fair assessment. Product is Australian made and owned and I haven't found any substitute that comes remotely close to how good this works. This is a mainstay in any cleaning cabinet.

Love this.. but – Always had a great time using this on all sorts of random surfaces. Old duct tape from wood floors, gone! Repurposing jars, easy! BUT my toddler put some cheap paper stickers on her ikea play kitchen cooktop and after I removed them I tried to get off the residue using this and it wouldn’t come off and just smeared it around so I stupidly added… Read more

more, and more, and more. Well it completely damaged the plastic and it looks “matte” and feels rough instead of being shiny and smooth. Be warned!

Miracle Worker – This stuff takes off any type of sticker. So easy to use aswell and works quickly. Has a slight oily residue but easy to get off with some soap and water. Had some duct tape residue stuck on my car and worked a charm getting it off and didn’t damage the paint job either. Show details

Read the label - beware using on plastic – To the reviewer who said it ruined the face of the aircon unit, it is very unfortunate of course, but the label does say "Special care should be taken on some plastics and painted surfaces. Test in an inconspicuous area first." A family member used it on a door shelf of a fridge and it dulled the plastic. I have used it to take a label off a… Read more

plastic tub and it similarly dulled the plastic. I would avoid using it on any plastic. Similar things can happen if you use eucalyptus oil. Orange Power uses orange oil which apparently has the same effect on plastic. On plastic, use Un-Du available from Bunnings. It is even safe on photos.

Brilliant product! – Don't know what I'll do if they ever take it off the market or alter the recipe, because this stuff is brilliant! It even removes water-based paint from fabrics. I've no idea what kind of plastic an earlier reviewer used it on, where s/he claimed it stained the plastic, but it's probably a one-off. My best guess is that the plastic had been coated… Read more

in a paint film, which the user was unaware of. I've used it mostly on glass and I've used it on clear plastic without a problem.

TIP: fill the container with hot water first & let it stand a few minutes (to soften the glue). Then remove as much of the paper label as possible. Next, run hot water over what remains of the paper sticker and rub softly with your fingers to rub off remaining paper. Then use the Goo Remover on what remains, which should be mostly the glue. I gently rub the surface with a Wettex cloth soaked in solution until the surface is completely clean. Then, wash the container with dish washing liquid.

Regarding paint removal: One day I noticed the product label stated 'paint removal' so I tried it on a T-shirt on which I'd spattered water-based paint. It dissolved the marks, even after it had been through many washes and been ironed!

Works as Advertised – Product works well removing sticky residue like glue for labels on bottles etc. Works well, but for larger bottles, needs several applications (sometimes) to completely remove the residue. Overall very satisfied with the product Show details

The best – I have tried many things to remove labels off glass bottles and this is perfect. Removes all the residue when nothing else does (eucalyptus oil, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, WD40, scrubbing with all sorts of things). I put a small amount on and just rub it off the adhesive with a chux type product, but any cloth will do it. The bottle… Read more

under my sink has been there for a long time, recently found it and used it to remove labels; it is at least 5 years old. When run out will buy some more; looked on line to see if still available and it is. It is all natural. The address on their label is Cleveland 4163 not far from where I live. So it is Australian....wow what a product. Haven't used it on acrylic yet but noted the other reviews.

Great but melts acrylic – I have used and loved Orange Power for years but today my daughter got a clear plastic drink bottle in a show bag that she was really excited about using for school tomorrow. I washed the bottle and in an attempt to remove the sticky label on the bottom i used Orange Power - it has turned the clear plastic smeary and sticky everywhere it touched… Read more

and has ruined the decals on the bottle. The bottle is now basically un-usable as it is sticky all over the bottom and along the sides. My daughter is in tears and i feel awful. There is nothing on the Orange Power bottle to suggest it will melt certain plastics and i will be getting in touch with Planet Ark tomorrow to make a complaint.

Orange Power ruins Acrylic Surfaces and Lackered Products – End of April 2019 I purchased from Coles, Curtin, ACT a bottle of Planet Ark Orange Power Sticky Spot and Goo Dissolver. I followed the instructions on the bottle and removed a sticky sales label that was attached to a glass clear acrylic protection lid of a factory new and very expensive Audio Technica top of the range record turntable. Following… Read more

the instruction on the bottle of the product, I wetted the sticky sales label with the product. The acrylic below started to melt and became a matt dissolved goo ruining the lid of the item. I complained to Coles about this and the helpful person at Coles has made an enquiry about the product. I also phone Planet Ark without any success and without any positive response of the company. The product is not secure to be sold as other surfaces of items of lesser value and interest were ruined as well. Please do not purchase this item as it is insecure and also highly flammable without being advised on the bottle about the fire danger.

Super glue and ink – My husband was gluing models together and the glue leaked through the paper and left a large gluey inky mark on our stone benchtop. I used a cotton tip to wipe it away with the this product and it came away easily with no damage to the benchtop. Excellent product!

Works! – I don't use this all the time but when I do, I can say that it's very handy and makes cleaning my kitchen and bathroom sinks easier. I also love the orange scent that it leaves behind. So far, I haven't encountered problems yet with this dissolver.
