Quick order processing and delivery – I ordered an incline bench and squat stands from Orbit Fitness in WA as I couldn't find anything of reasonable quality in stock on the East Coast. Beware - unethical marketing tactics – Do not call any Orbit shop (especially the Cannington manager) from your mobile phone showing your Caller ID and never give them an email address. You make one innocent phone call enquiry about a product, and they capture your mobile number for their marketing database and relentlessly harass you on your mobile with unsolicited marketing texts. … Read more

Unsubscribe is ignored! Phone calls to their Malaga managers asking to please be removed from the database are met with insincere apologies, false promises to remove, and 2 years later, I am still receiving unsolicited texts from them (only now they hide their number and just show the sender as Orbit). They don't respect your consumer rights under the Privacy Act and they only pretend to remove your number from the database. I used to buy equipment from them once. Never again. Ethics and honesty should still matter!

Very happy with my rebounder – I purchased a rebounder trampoline from Orbit online about a month ago and have been very happy with my purchase. Great value for money, prompt delivery and a quality product. I put it together myself and found it a lot easier than I expected it to be. would be a bonus. Loving this piece of equipment. Orbit Fitness have a great product with this and am very happy with my purchase. The checkout process was easy and delivery was reasonable, considering they are based in Perth and I live in NSW.

Arrogant head office staff! – If you buy something from this company DO NOT expect any after sales service. Once they have your money, they aren't interested in helping you with any problems. Very disappointing.
