retailers who mix cheap junk with good quality on the shop floor but you get the junk delivered. When I went to store they all had blank looks on their faces. We should have lemon laws in Australia like USA
Problem lounge suite – Seat cushions continually move forward and need be pushing back. Back cushions are not deep enough.

Absolute rubbish – Bought at Artarmon store . 2days after purchase tried cancel as had offer on my apartment . They never returned email or phone calls. The lounge back cushions to far back. The cushions you sit on slide forward all the time. Bought two sided tape from BUNNINGS to try fix this and still keep sliding forward . Bought foam backing for back cushions… Read more
but still the angle is no good. Cannot sit for more than 20 minutes . Also fabric now gathered where I sit after just 3 weeks and I’m 88 kgs . Returned cushions as they stunk. They said would return to head office to review .went back 10 days later and still sitting on floor in plastic bag I returned them in. Cost $99.00 each. Will never shop this place again. Am I angry ? You bet I am
