Where can I get a replacement telescopic handle for the dry wall sander.

I've just got this tool as a better way of sanding & achieving a great finish........I'm finding the machine jumps around on the surface so I apply a little more pressure which it states not to do. I've aligned the holes correctly on the pad yet the holes get blocked with gib dust so little actually goes in the bag & I end up looking like a snowman. Can you let me know any tricks or tips please.

Sorry mine never jumped about. Odd the surface super dry? Are you getting small chunks of plaster on the sanding mat very quickly. Applied pressure was light. Could be your until is out of balance. Look side on when in motion and inspect.

The plaster was dry as the dust was very fine & didn't clog the paper, it just didn't suck into the bag very well even on full speed & the vent fully open.

Would this be good to prep a cement wall after wallpaper was removed?

I am not sure what the cost will be but spare parts can be ordered from the Special Orders Desk at your local Bunnings Warehouse. From the ozito site they also refer to Bunnings so it seems it is a one stop location for parts., For further enquiries you can contact Ozito Customer Service: Australia 1800 069 486 New Zealand 0508 069 486 E-mail: enquires@ozito.com.au

Will this unit take paint off a ceiling?

I don't think it would be great at that. I feel the disc would clog like other orbital sanders. It's really good at one thing and one thing only but taking paint off a ceiling isn't that. Which is a shame as I need to do the same thing. The design of this thing is to sand off fine particles that make its way into the bag. Paint I feel would come off the ceiling but glog the disc. You would be stopping and starting trying to clean the disc.
