Read the rave reviews and got 2 loungers and a normal. Was promised ground sheets that never arrived. When I emailed they wanted another $25 to ship these to me when I already indicated that in my original purchase. Totally unethical. Show details
Buyer Beware We purchased a bundle paid $899 only to be disapointed in the stablilty and were not fit for purpose for our use. We tried to return only to be told No Refund as you brought on sale, this does not show on website, under consumer law they should offer a refund. Clearly on Bundle page shows 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If it's not right for you, return it within 45 days for a full refund. Very Misleading. Show details
Despite excessive force the chair failed to open fully . Ozzi even recommended selling on the FAULTY chair to friends or sell on line as the demand was "very active".............probably customers suffering the same issue. material to stretch over time...........if you cannot open it once/first time, how can this feature be put into practice????? Ozzi advised that "lots of their customers had complained about the same issue" How can any company market a product which they are fully aware of the problem, and then accept no responsibility in reimbursing full costs including shipping??? I ordered 4 of these chairs but try as hard as I might, even to the extent of using my feet against the frame of the chair, like trying to open an umbrella, I was not able to extend the telescopic legs nor could I fold it down even though I had studied the instructional video. strong, but even he had a lot of difficulty in finally succeeding in stretching out the legs. I noticed that the fabric itself had flaws. I could see light through holes in the nylon, which I believe would eventually become holes or rips. I contacted Oz Gear telling them, that the chairs were not suitable for someone like me aged 85 and I wanted to return them. All I got back from them were further instructions on watching the video. They said that they had detected some dust mites on the chair from my photos and therefore that invalidated a rebate for that particular chair. They said they were only prepared to give me a rebate for 3 out of 4 chairs and I had to arrange return delivery cost myself. It's true that they warned that the chairs were difficult to set up initially because of the stiffness of the material but for anyone of only average strength they appear to be impossible.

in crushed boxes, missing one ground sheet, and had not been sent from Australia as their website says. Communication throughout this process was slow and difficult, and it was only when I followed up with emails from my work address that I finally got a response.
Shortly after, one of the remaining chairs broke after only a handful of uses. My daughter (22) was sitting on hers beside me when there was a loud crack and the chair collapsed, causing her to fall. Broken pieces of the internal mechanism fell out, and the chair could no longer be erected and used.
I sent photos and details as requested, and was told a replacement would be arranged. After that, there was no communication for over a month. I only received a response after following up again, but even then was told this, so they obviously get a high number of returns. “Please rest assured that your replacement has not been overlooked. We are currently processing warranty replacements in the order they were received, and yours is in our system. We can confirm it will be shipped within this month or early next month.” WOW.
Eventually, the replacement chair did arrive, but the overall experience was frustrating, slow, and poorly communicated throughout. I definitely could not recommend this company.
It’s also worth noting that after purchasing, customers are offered a free chair in exchange for leaving a review with photos or videos. This would help explain the extremely high number of glowing reviews.
The chairs are expensive, and based on my experience, both product durability and customer service fell well below expectations.
I would encourage potential buyers to consider this before purchasing.

Ordered as all reviews said good product. Guarantee states 5 -10 days delivery. My delivery took MORE than 30 DAYs! Everytime I followed up I was given tracker number that DID NOT WORK Once eventually received very wobbly and not fit for purpose
Ordered a chair on the 20/12. Given false shipping details with no movement at all. Contacted company repeatedly and still waiting for my chair. Contacted Aramex personally and they Did not have access to my parcel until the 13/1! I was Reassured by Peter from Ozzigear that it would be delivered on the 16/1. They go everywhere with me in the back of the car and so far I’ve recommended them to everyone who asks! Super compact, comfortable and easy to use after a few gos + the build quality is top notch. Cheers guys
