Regret buying this – About the only good thing about this TV is the picture quality and high refresh rate for the screen size. As for everything else it is absolute rubbish and annoys me every time i go to use the piece of trash. The software is like trying to operate modern applications on a 90s computer running windows 94. It hardly works. Very very slow, glitchy… Read more
and not user friendly. Have to reconnect it to the wifi every time i turn it on.
Go buy a Samsung or something that actually does what its supposed to be able to do.
Fantastic UHD TV! – Great picture quality (considering it's an UHD), pretty clear and sharp. The built-in speakers are a decent, hence I prefer to use the stereo system. There are 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, a cable optic port and some other ports. The built-in WI-FI modem is great, easy to set up. Easy to navigate for the features but the apps are limited. Excellent TV – This was bought to replace our Panasonic 50 inch Plasma that had developed a vertical line after years of faithful service. We bought the UHD as the room layout means we sit closer than 4 metres, and we didn't want any graininess, but yet wanted a big TV. We bought Panasonic as their products and service have been excellent over the years. We… Read more
didn't see any point in getting a 3D model as there is very little media around.
It has behaved flawlessly since purchase, with much use being made of features like the Smart internet system, linking to other devices, and USB connectivity.
Minor criticisms include that compared to its plasma predecessor, the sound seemed higher pitched and tinny at first, and the picture also seemed "just different". We don't notice either now.
Visitors compliment us on how modern the unit looks, and how good the picture looks. The Smart interface is less clunky than many, and my wife now watches a lot of TV on demand. It boots up much more quickly than any other I have seen, along with changing channels instantly. I particularly like the 0.5 watt standby power usage, which is minimal and not worth switching off.
Overall I can highly recommend this unit as being a top level appliance and worth any premium over cheaper brands.
Panasonic - Superb 4K UHD Smart TV – Picture quality is awesome for 4K Netflix movies, console gaming & free to air HD TV channels. We use a surround system so dont rely on the actual built-in speakers. There are sufficient ports for VAST (satellite TV), gaming consoles, USB sticks & external HDDs , DVD input etc. The remote is very robust & easy to navigate for 'Catch Up' TV. The… Read more
whole TV was delivered & installed, hassle-free, in the negotiated asking price. The apps & OS are easy to use, it was merely plug n play for us! Totally satisfied. If we had a bigger lounge room, we would have stepped up a size or 2! No complaints here Harvey Norman - thanks for a great product & purchasing experience.
Very nice Television – Great picture, quality sound, good features. Options in settings to make it better for gaming. Remote control is has good feel. Television is Netflix ready. Haven't used the 4K option yet. HD channels look fantastic. Thin border around perimeter of unit makes it sleek and stylish. Very happy with purchase. Show details

Happy shopper – crisp picture with awesome sound makes for good watching. I was given this tv as a bonus when we purchased panasonic air conditioning - which we are more than happy with as well! We love the Panasonic brand and have never had a problem with any of their products. Simply quality. Show details
Incredible picture and 4K quality – 100% satisfied with the quality and features. The speakers are amazing and steady and deep bass and clean treble it's crisp and when paired with a sound bar these qualities are enhanced. The HDMI ports are lacking unfortunately with 2 only so you need a switcher box for multiple devices to save switching between the multiple The smart… Read more

Perfect quality and highly recommended
Not so perfect – EDIT - since writing the below review, I have had numerous issues arise in the past 6 weeks. Clouding has appeared in the screen, and is progressively getting worse. The left and right edge of the screen has started to created a bright band on either side about 20cm in width, this turns the blacks to green, and faded the colour, or draws the… Read more
colour out so it looks greyish. Best way to explain it is it looks like a torch is shining on the sides of the TV even in pitch black scenes of a movie. Makes it hard to watch.
Not impressed - waiting to hear back from Panasonic. Hopefully I get a replacement.
Also gradients are below par... instead of blending they appear as multiple bands of pixelated colours. Reminds me of budget LCD screens when they first came out.
Very disappointing as I had such high hopes for this tv when I first got it.

Note: I got this TV on a whim after returning a 70" ULTRA HD LG after 3 hours of use.... I knew nothing about this tv and only went on the store persons word... :P
Just set this TV up and straight off the bat I LOVE IT!
Picture is beautiful.... bright colours. Sound is great. Nice to have a bass booster as well. The picture is set to normal out of the box, and if you just left it on this you would be a happy camper. But I did fiddle with settings and found the preloaded custom setting the best for me.
Netflix at the press of a button, quick access to your favourite channel or other apps also with the press of a button.
Firefox OS is new to me, it's very simple and effective. Great for people who want a smart TV without all the stuffing around with choosing between millions of apps.
And no clouding in the blacks at all.... which was one of the many reasons I returned the other TV.
I was going to give this 4 stars because the base I got with mine was dodgy and had to get it replaced, and the back of the tv is a bit rough, with scratches and large sanding marks??? I guess you would call them - in about six spots where it looks like plastic had been filed down. But after switching it on I changed my mine it gave it 5.
