Panasonic TH-50AS700A (50")

Great TV for the lounge room – I have had the TV for 10 months now. No issues at all. Picture quality is very good. I much prefer Plasma TV picture quality over LED. Seeing how close this TV comes with colour reproduction and fluid movement compared to the plasma was comforting. Smart App menu is easy to navigate. I-View, SBS On Demand, You Tube all work very well with no software issues. Being able to search for a Youtube video on the phone and play it through the TV is an awesome feature, as searching via remote control is not a great user experience. The only negative for me is the sound quality. Being such a thin framed television, this is to be expected as there is nowhere for air pressure to build for bass reproduction. Thankfully it has Bluetooth connectivity so we connect our portable Bose speaker to it when watching a movie or TV show requiring decent sound.
