Mine is 12yrs old and we get messages saying it will no longer work. Is it still a serviceable TV or is it too old to work with the current technology, servers, apps etc?
Hi Hammo, I am sorry to hear that your TV is no longer working. Most of the service infrastructure, such as server and app operations, at any level, are highly likely, to no longer be supported at any level of connectivity. Unfortunately, any parts required to complete repairs are also no longer available. Panasonic stopped making TVs for the Australian market many years back, so I would say your best option here would be to speak with your retailer about the features you seek from a TV. They can then match you with a model that meets your needs. MM
Are the hardware ie curcuit boards in all these models ie interchangeable?
Hi my TV is also stuck on main screen when turning on then flashing on & off, also remote only responds to power button & nothing else

IS THIS A SMART TV
Hi Joe, it is a smart TV in that this TV will connect to the internet and has some apps. It would be best to research exactly what you are after via our website or alternatively call 132600 for further details. external link
Smart features stopped working very early on when I had this tv. Panasonic told me they couldnt repair also. Wouldnt recommend buying any Panasonic product as their after sales service was not good. Read Panasonic Australia reviews on here. Gives a pretty good picture of their customer service/products.
How do I know if my new TH50AS700A is 100HZ?
