Is the 7 fay trial genuine? do you have to pay a months subscription? Is there any problem ending when free trial is up?
Sorry I can't say, I didn't take out the 7 day free trial. I just got online to look up info on what was on offer from Paramount Plus. Reason had been some big content I took out a different streaming services previously was moving to only be on Paramount Plus so big part of reason I signed up to Paramount and decided to just sign up for a year, will cancel if don't think worth it
What can’t view outside your country mean
I cannot access my account as I have forgotten my password - I have entered my email address approximately 6 times and have received their reset password email HOWEVER the link they include for you to change your password gives a 404 ERROR! I have sent email after email to their customer support address without any response - I did happen to get someone on chat after a long period of time but they advised that due to my location in Australia he couldnt help as he was in the US. He said he would send a message to the Australian team to contact me and quickly ended the chat offering no opportunity to ask further questions. I have now been without service for 5 days but my subscription is paid. How is there no pathway to contact these folks for help - fairly ordinary customer service I think

It’s a shocking app. Jam their inbox and also use SM to get their attention. It’s horrible to have to do all the work but they don’t care about AUS customers.
How do I re-watch a series when the App continually pushes forward to the next show in line?
