No showed at our wedding - chocolate fountain - beware!!!
Absolutely devastated to have our dessert station fully set up and the chocolate fountain never turned up. Sent numerous emails and calls, even drove to the address registered under the ABN. Complete scumbags!!

Took our money but never delivered
Took our money and never showed up. I tried on numerous occasions to call them and it went to a message service. Stay away from this company. Luckily I got in touch with a lovely man at Caribbean cocktails (Perth) who delivered an emergency machine. Even so I’m out of pocket.
I wish I read these reviews first, I booked a slushy machine and jukebox for sept 2018 but have had to cancel as my son is ill and do u think I can get hold of them for a refund? Nothing! I even called consumer protection and they couldn’t get hold of them either and told me to go to court which I can’t atm cause of my son so I now have to wait until 30 days after I’m suppose to have the products before my bank will do anything :(

Worst possible experience and no remorse from the owner
We hired a jukebox, smoke machine, lighting and dual slushie machine. Firstly, they arrived 5 hours late which didn't give the slushie machine time to freeze, but once it did, one side didn't work. The smoke machine didn't work properly, the lighting machine had 2 out 3 lights working, and the karaoke jukebox machine glitched constantly. We called and emailed a complaint. In fact, we ended up emailing 3 times and calling more than a dozen times over 4 weeks- his response was to block our number. When someone came to pick up the items, which w...as unannounced and 3 weeks later, I asked the driver if he was the owner and he said he was just helping a friend, but I've since found out it was the owner as I found his LinkedIn profile and picture of B2BWorx Pty Ltd who own this company. I feel sorry for the Franchise as he is also the Franchise owner. After much investigation, it turns out he is doing this to everybody- and getting away with it! If there are 20 complaints on this site, then there will be numerous others on other sites and we all know that only a small proportion of people would actually voice their disgust on these sites.
Pursue these thieves through your bank!
Used this company for my 50th birthday in Nov 2017. They did not drop off cups & straws, & the machine leaked as soon as it was filled up. Rang the after hours service number & was told that they were 'too far away to be able to come back, but they would give me a partial refund on Monday'. Friends raced out to get cups & straws, & another friend fixed the leak. On the Monday, I rang them to complain about the lack of service, & that the flavours were not pureed fruit as promised, but were cheap children's cordial flavours (bright red, orange &...green), & that I wanted a full refund as they had not provided the product or service that I paid for. Spent the next few weeks being lied to & given the run around, so I decided to dispute the transaction with my credit card provider. After filling out a form, providing telephone & email records, & directing them to Passiontails online reviews, my bank reversed the transaction:)! Please pursue this company with your credit card provider. You do have legal rights when you do not receive the product or service that you paid for. It takes a bit of effort, but you will get your money back. But most importantly, if everyone pursues a refund, eventually, they won't have the funds to continue with their dishonesty. These guys are liars & thieves & need to be stopped.
Ordered a soft serve ice cream machine for my wedding , was delivered with smelly moldy icecream
After they delivered the icecream machine with smelly moldy icecream it in , they said they will clean it and put new icecream for my wedding guest, delivery was meant to be at 12 , delivered at 1400 and at 1700 when guest were arriving the guy turned up to clean it and redo the icecream, he was told to leave and refund me the money, this was the 24th of feb no refund has been made and no one will return my calls! My guest did not get desert for my wedding as this was it!
appaulling service and products
Ordered and paid for a jukebox with karaoke for my 50th birthday party. Delivery was 2&1/2 hrs late(after the party had started). The sound quality was poor and the music certainly hadn't been updated for years. The jukebox didn't even play several songs. I didn't get the product that was advertised at all. We had made 4 attempts to get the jukebox collected and 2 weeks later it was still in our shed. It has been extremely frustrating trying to deal with these people on every occasion. They say they are coming and don't turn up and have no consideration for anyone except themselves. Yes I would love a full refund on a dodgy product with shocking customer service.
Paid for a single unit and charged for a double.
Delivery guy called the day before to confirm details because he could read his colleagues writing.
We were told it would be delivered early afternoon but he was a no show.
Tried calling to find out where he was but no one would answer.
No one turned up at all and we are now out of pocket and the party was a sad event without the slushy machine we were promised!
Don't use this company
Ordered the twin cocktail machine. It was delivered late without the cups and straws that were supposed to be included. One side of the machine didn't work at all. Tried calling multiple times and was unable to speak to anyone. It was not collected when I was told it would be and had to make follow up calls.
Had an issue with the Slushie machine not freezing up AT ALL. Wasn't even a hot day. We hired it on a public holiday and still tried to contact them to to advise on the day. Gentleman came and collected the machine told my dad he would be in touch now a week later still no contact and I have called 6 times and left messages.
Not the most professional business.The slushie machine didn't appear to be cleaned very well. there were no cups or straws for slushies. Getting a receipt took numerous days and phone calls, We were told the machines would be picked up on the Monday didn't hear from them for over a week. Our last experience was great shame they seem to have let their service go. Won't use them again.

Really wish I had read these reviews before hiring!
Same story, got sent faulty equipment, no help to help set it up.
Driver who picked it up said the other driver was a crackhead- love having these people at my house!
Did not pick up equipment up for a few weeks, no show a couple of times.
Tried to get a refund as the karaoke machine did not work, neither did the smoke machine. Called everyday for a week so far. Have been promised a refund but hes obviously not going to do it.
I'm not letting this go.
