Pelactiv Collagen Gel Mask

Severe skin reaction to the Pelactiv Collagen Gel Mask – I tried this product once on my face and it caused a severe reaction to my skin. After I rinsed off this product It felt like my face had been burnt and then my face became swollen and very tender. I had to use frozen cotton pads for 3 days to cool off my face. This lasted for around a week. I was extremely upset so I called Pelactiv only to be totally disregarded and the operator seemed uninterested. Terrible product and awful service from Pelactiv, I am very disgusted in their attitude to customers and will never use their products again.
