These aren't just normal pimples either, they are big, red and sore! I've been using it for a few weeks now thinking that it's just my skin adjusting to the change but no, it's just awful. I also don't care for the feel of the products either, or the smell everyone raves about. Moving back to my old skin care routine in the last week has seen my skin calm down, a bit.

start off with, i had a clear face. No issues besides pores and blackheads. the norms. The first week. I got a couple of break outs. The second week more kept coming, I kept using it cause after seeing some reviews some people claimed they broke out for like a week or 2 and then it cleared up. It has been 6 weeks. my face has not cleared. I broke out so much i had 11 break outs at one point and they weren't just little ones they were big painful break outs it was happening on my chin mainly, some were popping up on my cheeks and now and then my forehead. I emailed them asking if this is normal and sent a picture of before i started and the break outs on my chin cos it had been 3 weeks or almost and they claimed it takes up to 6 weeks even though there site says you will see results in 3 weeks. My face to this day has not cleared and I'm still breaking out. I ended up with 4 new ones this week and still have some from 6 weeks ago that has by the looks scar'd my face cause the red marks wont go. It's safe to say im returning to my old skin care. This product has caused me nothing but insecurities. I don't wear make-up where i can hide it I wear tinted moisturizer and mascara and that don't hide shii. I'm extremely upset about this. I know some products don't work for certain people. But I feel like a products shouldn't do this.

money back guarantee was conditional that the product must be used for a certain amount of time and with photographic proof, i decided to cut my loses after a couple of days, it had my skin red raw with more lesions (rather than pimples) then i started with. Two years later i still have a bright red scar on my nose. I wish i could go back in time and never by it. I never had over-sensitive skin and have used many different products over the years i now have extremely sensitive skin on my face since having used it.
