how do i get into my pendo pad when it thinks it has a keyboard and comes up with the windows start up thing on a computer??
Hi my pendo 7 will not boot . When I start it I get a message saying Android is starting optimizing apps . When the pendo has finished this nothing else happens. When I turn it off and restart I get the same message. What can I do to remedy this?

I tries so many times, even my daughter did. I just took a hammer to it!!!! Worst product I have ever bought and will never buy another.
Hammer works... just remember to send it back to PENDO as an expression of how good their product is. I had a customer buy a multi-function EXPENSIVE copier/printer/fax system. It kept locking up. Tech support said just unplug it and plug it back in to make it work. I complained to the manufacturer that the employees were so peeved they were going to roll it out into the parking lot and accept donations of one dollar per sledgehammer hit on it and send back all the pieces. They had a tech out the next day to fix it. Too bad PENDO is not more proud of their products to make a good product or stand behind what they build. Some people are more interested in the almighty dollar than standing behind their products or their word.

Bought item in 2015. Have not used it often. Went to use it recently and found it had exploded! The back and front covers have separated and looking into the Ipad, I can see a grey packet which has inflated and caused the self destruction, and unusable. Is there a fault in the item and is it a cause for concern?.

You probably are not doing anything wrong. On EVERY level I found pendo to be at fault. From battery life (about 20 mins) to connecting cables that don't fit. I returned 3 devices and ended up paying for the fourth one just to get dodo off my back! So in answer to your question.....it's most likely not you.
How to put sim card into PENDOPAD7?
The SIM card slot is NONE unfortunately. The ones located on the upper portion of the pendo pad, leftmost is intended for SD card slot and you'll find this difficult to insert and remove as well. You will have to remove the back cover.

if you mean you forgot the password and can't unlock it then 1. turn it off like shut down, then turn back on then as soon as Pendo comes up double tap the power button then you lose everything but then there is a screen that comes, up then swipe up from the bottom to get to the 2nd or 3rd one fro the top then the whole entire tablet restarts like you just bought it ;)
Do you need to put a memory card in the pendopad 7
I never used a memory card. I just used a flash drive for storing things of importance (your device should've come with a micro-USB to USB adaptor).
