Ben and the team completed a full roof restoration for me today. From our first initial contact with Ben, right through to completion of the job the team were excellent. The workmanship and service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Perfect Glaze for anyone wanting quality, reliability, and a premium finish.

amazement and disgust it was not mentioned in his report. Nor by [Name Removed] who did say he had been a tiler for 17 years .He needs to go to spec savers.

workers i have ever seen.they turned up over hour late with flat batteries so i put it in my solar charger but later without my knowledge they put a double charger on and melted wiring and blew out a 50 amp fuse.i told them the charger was faulty and not to plug it in again .down the track they plugged it into my garage which tripped the overload switch and it took 3 hours before it reset.they did an ordinary clean up of the front of house but when saw the poor job i said i would clean up the rear as they was roof residue in massive amounts in sections including my wifes car all of which took over 2 hours .also had a faulty small water blaster so i lent them mine along with a hose and a funnel for there 2 stroke motor as petrol was spilling overhot motor and could have ignited.their behaviour on the roof was noted by neighbours as being loud and childish.
most business when they are informed of problem with the product will try to remedy a situation as soon as possible . not so with mr tak.was immediately into excuse mode did not care that my roof leaked in the storm that followed the cyclone.blamed the clips which hold down the tiles had suddenly got erections and pushed up tiles and an act of god.strange that my house leaked and one beside me and behind did not get a drop of water and yet they are older .2 other houses close as well all had no leaks !!!strange how mine was the only one that had been RESTORED. 5 months later qbcc finally sent an inspector to examine the roof after many hours on computer filling out forms.inspector a little unimpressive as well .turned up without a ladder to get on roof and check and then used an infer red camera to check moisture in roof cavity.der we had not had any rain for at least 4 weeks up till then and anyone who has been in roof cavity knows nothing lives in ther as it is very hot and evan a saturated inner ceiling is very dry in a couple of days. end result is mr tak does not care that the ceiling leaks as qbcc has only instructed him to only come back and paint the sections he missed in the first place. so now unless i get in ceiling with video when it is raining i will have to get a real restoration done by someone else or effing do it myself.
Follow-up · my neighbours were highly unimpressed with mr tak,s crew.and that was by just observing their behaviour while on my roof. best way to clean up? do it yourself at least you know it is done to a standard. fix the roof leak? get a company that does it right the first time and backs their work not take attitude of any excuse will do to not accept your responsibility.

Perfect Glaze, Perfect Job! – We were very happy and impressed with Ben and his team for the roof job recently completed at our house. It was thoroughly cleaned (they had to strip the old paint that was not done properly in the past), prepared then painted. Ben was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions along the way. They have delivered all items that were listed on the contract. Unprofessional Unreliable – Called Ben 2 times each time it and he asked me to call the following morning. Made appointment and confirmed with text. He didn’t turn up and didn’t call to let me know. Called him a second time to reschedule and we confirmed with text. He didn’t turn up or call the second time. I had put off going away for 2 days as this was an urgent issue only to find out he had waisted my time for 2 days.
You won’t hit the roof: you’ll hit the jackpot! – A rainy autumn delayed commencement, but Ben and the team worked incredibly effectively and efficiently as and when weather opportunities presented themselves. The roof was repaired, restored, cleaned, painted and sealed to perfection.
Awesome people to deal with A+ work! – Awesome team with excellent communication on all stages of work. Very accommodating with times to fit around us getting solar installed with another company. Highly recommend these guys and there excellent work done. We choose the dark charcoal on our roof and it's given a new modern look to our house appeal. The guys even went over and washed off work around our garage and gutters and great clean up afterwards...over and beyond service.
Be aware – Recently [name removed] from Perfect Glaze Roof Restoration PO BOX 292, Mansfield QLD 4122 had done my roof restoration . Roof is patchy you can count how many tiles got replaced , gutters are not properly cleaned even after informed him. catalogue he explained about option 3, three coats contain five layers . But when he start working counted three layers as three coats . So misleading information is provided in the catalogue or you can say simply cheating. The kind of work he had done others can do same in $1500 to $1000 less than him.
