This ndis Service Provider specialises in Supported Independent Living. Our Autistic adult son has gained new skills in addition to enhancing existing skills. Their ability to understand our son’s needs has built a strong relationship with him and ourselves as a family. I highly recommend this Service Provider in improving the lives of individuals living with a disability.
Follow-up · Staff turnover is very low, with particularly attention in the quality of the staff that is employed and matched with the participants. Staff are always receiving on going training and are well skilled in using their initiative when a situation arises. Communication is really good through written instruction and backed up with regular meetings and positive feedback. Overall I have no complaints or issues with staff or management. I do recommend this company and our son is happy living his own life with confidence.
