Excellent monitor. Picture is crisp and clear with uniform, accurate colours and HDR capability. That said, this is a business monitor, not a gaming monitor, so don't expect huge refresh rates or adaptive refresh rates. USB-C Docking is great, actually uses Thunderbolt 4 so plenty of bandwidth for the 5K2K resolution + webcam + audio. Also charges all our Lenovo, Dell and HP laptops without issue (including a HP Z-Book Firefly and a Lenovo T16 which can be a little power hungry at times).
Plenty of connectivity options, though honestly, I just use USB-C/Thunderbolt as I don't have a need for anything else. I also use the 3.5mm jack for headphones occasionally.
A downside is that the camera is a bit lacklustre. Because the monitor is pretty tall, the camera always looks like it's looking down on you, so I find it better to use the laptop camera. Aside from that, the camera and mic seem to work just fine and appear to be Teams certified as they show up by default when you pop up the camera. If you press the camera down, it turns off completely and Teams will default back to my laptop.
Speakers are lacklustre. Sufficient volume (though not overly loud). They're just a bit on the tinny side. That said, I haven't seen any LCD or OLED monitor with decent speakers and I tend to use headset anyway, so no issues for me here.
A feature that initially seemed useless but I ended up actually liking was the headset hook on the left side of the monitor. I find this a pretty convenient feature and I wish more monitors had it. If you don't like it, you can just push it back into the monitor and it hides away.
Firmware upgrades are through the SmartControl app, and seem to work fine using the single USB-C/Thunderbolt cable, so again no complaints there.
One tip that I have is that ideally two people should be used to set up. It's not the lightest monitor out there and you wouldn't want to crack it or drop when mounting it.
Speaking of mounting, the stand is very solid and heavy. It' seems to be a good fit for the monitor, however the max height is about eye level for me, so really there's not a whole lot of practical adjustment available.
Overall, it's a great monitor. I am very happy with it, but it's pricey and difficult to find. I definitely prefer the 5K2K resolution compared to Dual-QHD as I get more screen realestate.
