No bottle cap – I have just unpacked Phillips go zero and bottle that came with it had no cap!

Not great – We’ve had this soda maker for over a year or less. Tonight the button got stuck, upon pulling the bottle out it hit my hand. And water exploded everywhere. Show details

No good at all – Got max 10 litres of semi fizzed water for the cost of the Phillips cylinder. Terrible waste of money. Buy a soda stream!

Don't buy it! – Very disappointed. I bought it on 16/06/2023, 2 & 1/2 weeks ago. It states on the gas cylinder ". . . . for up to 60litres of sparkling water> . . ." but they cover themselves by finishing the sentence with " . . . . depending on the level of carbonation." 1 x 3sec press for carbonation does nothing for the water. times to get a carbonated drink. I've done about 6 bottles & the cyclinder is already empty. It's go zero for waste but it's not delivering what it states on the cyclinder box. I feel stupid not having found these reviews before I spent $87.00 (on sale at Myers) + $35 for the cylinder.

Very Pleased with this unit – Bought this soda maker for its looks pretty much. On sale as well, so a good price. Very pleased with the results so far. Takes more than one push to properly carbonate the water, waiting to see how long a cylinder lasts. Show details

Get the real thing – We swapped from an original studs maker to this unit, simply because it looks so much better on the bench top.. that's where it's advantages stopped.. it fits not make good suits water.. we paid $160.00 sold it on gumtree for $20 3 months later and bought a Soda Stream again.. Show details

RUBBISH Don't waste your money – Product doesn't work out of the box, we live remote, picked it up today for the kids and when got home doesn't work at all, either faulty unit or faulty bottle. Absolutely rubbish product – All the other reviews are correct - it's a shoddy product that uses up gas bottles very very quickly (after 8-10 uses). What a waste of money. Show details

3 machine replacement now not working – I am sorry I purchased this product. I am on my 3rd machine as the first 2 had to be replaced due to co2 coming out of the head when you carbonate. Had a sodaking for years decided I would like something that looked a better on my bench. The last replacement is blowing co2 out the top just like the others. Show details

Don’t waste your money – Bought this along with the bottles as they looked stylish. Bottles lost their inner seal at first use. Not long after the metal bottoms fell out and couldn’t be glued back on so completely useless. Bought the soda stream bottles which worked at first, now evident that they’re incompatible. No carbonation, makes water taste horrible – Had for about 6 months. Worked great to begin with, but now it doesn't carbonate the water, and leaves an unpleasant taste. correctly. His statement was "I have one at home and know how to use it correctly, and customers don't know how to use it". WTH!?!? Never another Phillips product because of the lack of customer care/support/ condescending attitude.

All the bottles are defective – Gaskets from bottles end up inside the bottle itself and caps are coming apart after first use. Show details

Uses so much gas – Going through so many gas cylinders compared to soda stream is making it completely uneconomical for our use is a shame as it’s a much more attractive machine but not practical Show details

Takes 5 goes just for mild fizz – Got this one for birthday from the kids, thinking it would be a step up from soda stream. Sadly, it is the poorest unit I have ever used. If it wasn't so hard to get replacement/refund I would send it back. Now it sits on the bench next to my ancient soda stream. Guess which one I use? Show details

What a disappointment. Don’t waste your money – This was given to my for Christmas after asking for a soda stream. My parents, that are on the pension, paid $129. Started off badly, now good thanks to Philips customer care – We were so annoyed when we purchased our soda maker that ran out of gas gas way too soon. Save your money - the reviews are true – As with other reviewers, I’m experiencing faults with a brand new unit. It fizzes excessively and spurts water everywhere. I called the customer service number where the person was not just unhelpful but also rude - waste of money and time.  Show details

Wastes Cylinders, made of cheap plastic – Received 2 weeks ago (12/4/2021) and already gone through a full 60L cylinder. Instructions are unclear, using it will wake up the neighbours and it clearly leaks when carbonating water. run. I could buy 10 bottles of carbonated water for $7.50....while this plastic paperweight has cost me $19 for roughly 10 uses...not impressed.

Broken within the first week – After have ongoing issues with sodastream I decided it was time for a change. Unfortunately the machine broke within the first week, was working well until then. I pushed the button to fizz and the back cap popped off flying into the air with such force. I was sure what had happened so tried to pushed the button again.
