Brilliant Tap and filters work a treat – I bought this tap when I put in new kitchen and cannot praise it enough. It was installed by plumber and have not had an issue. I did find out after buying it that it is a specific set of filters for this tap set which makes them a bit more expensive but on the whole I love this tap set.

Love the tap – We've had this since 2012 and the only complaint is that no where does it say what the replacement filter should be. No issues like the other reviewers.

Poor design for high price – Bought this tap as it was the only one we saw in town with the additional inlet for drinking water (to connect to separate tank water). Nice solid materials and actions feel good. Bracket poorly designed, not clamping from the centre, so the tap sits lop sided (to the left). The aerators cause stray water to spray out of the main stream when maximum flow. The outlets are in a tip which has been joined to the tap arm, unfortunately this tip join is visible by an intermittent fine line and although the chrome finish looks very good, it highlights the uneven surface surrounding the join (I figure not worth warranty claim as showroom tap exactly the same). Finish on the remainder of the tap seems excellent and hopefully the valves (cartridges) and connections fare well over time. Happy to support Australian company, but dissapointed in design for the price. Third inlet for tank water / filtered drinking water, good 'actions', feels solid Poor design of clamp bracket, aerators and outlet tip

worst tap we have ever had – this tap because of its long slim design is designed to fail!!! every time that you turn the tap it slowly turns and loosens the grub screw that holds it together and becomes water powered missile when you unsuspectingly turn the water on with a loose screw the unsuspecting victim and surrounds are drenched with water (photos available) appeared a good idea at the time unreliable dangerous

Hi Martin,

Can you tell me how long ago you installed this product and how did they handle the warranty claim ??

Ben

we had the tap installed in september 2012 after several incidents of the tap blowing out of its fitting and drenching the kitchen and dining room we contacted the manufacturer and they booked it to their warranty agent who replaced it the new tap has again blown out of its fitting and are waiting to see what happens

my wife hates this tap because of its unreliability
