The pairing with the phone works very well - once set up you never have to worry about it again, it just pairs with your phone automatically whenever you get in the car. Nice blue themeing, bright display, exellent bluetooth integration. Some of the options are quite fiddly to get to within the menu system. Dial/joystick press-in function can be difficult to use without accidently moving the joystick.
