Pioneer DMH-ZF9350BT

DO NOT BUY THIS HEAD UNIT!! MY UNIT IS ONLY 18 MONTHS OLD AND ALREADY FAILING!! It randomly shuts off without any warning and will reset random settings like changing the driving position from left to right (3 OR MORE TIMES PER DRIVE OF 30 MINS). I don't understand how this could be anything but the unit, because a unit should not reset settings when losing power.

What really pushed this over the edge was when IT COMPLETELY RESET ITSELF TO FACTORY SETTINGS WHILST I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. IT WAS SO DANGEROUS AS I WAS TRYING TO NAVIGATE WHEN THE THING TURNED OFF RIGHT BEFORE MY EXIT CAUSING ME TO MISS IT COMPLETELY.

I’ve had to re-set everything multiple times, updated the unit, reset it (on purpose) to factory settings and nothing works, and I can't even reach their technical support team. It just goes to an answering machine with zero response from anyone!

I expected way better from a premium priced unit, especially given this unit was such a good one in the beginning, and still works great (only when its turned on and not resetting 5+ times per drive), sometimes 3 times in a row before it turns back on.
