When I raised these concerns with customer support, I received generic template responses that did not address the actual issue.

For a paid service, I expected a much higher standard of profile quality and moderation. Unfortunately the platform currently feels flooded with inactive or questionable accounts, which makes the experience frustrating and largely ineffective.

Because of this, I have cancelled my subscription and closed my account.
