I am asking you to please cancel my subscription AGAIN!! I unsubscribed in September,,, however I've just realised after checking my visa statements that you are continuing to charge me.. also $15.99 at that, which I never ever agreed to????? I have sent you my email addresses explaining the problem on your Presto "contact" page .... I'm not happy. Why did you not cancel my subscription when I asked you and continued to bill me double the amount I originally agreed to. Please explain????

Contact customer service and forward them the emails where you requested to unsubscribe. I will never get my money back but you might. They told me if I had made the request before the auto renewal they would have given me a refund.

Hi Amkeker, we're happy to clarify this for you! Presto is currently compatible with a 2012 to 2014 models on Samsung Smart TV. To confirm whether your TV is a compatible device, feel free to provide us with the model number of your TV. This can be found on the rear of the device and will look similar in format to this – ‘UA32H5500AW’.

Feel free to also check out the rage of compatible devices on our Devices Page > external link . We have a range of streaming devices available listed on our Devices Page for customers to stream Presto from. Hope this helps!

Why has my account just booted me off? Tried to login. Doesn't work. Go to webpage to forgot password. Wont reset. Says no active subscription but i have foxtel platinum and telstra tv and im meant to have free subscription till 17th jan! Are there issues with presto atm?

Get your bank to reverse the charges to your card... Presto will NEVER give you your money back volutnarily.

So I can not log into my account to cancel it, when I click on "forgot password" it says that it has send an email to my email account, I have tried this atleast 5 times and have not once received an email from you guys to reset my password, get it sorted, sick of getting billed for something that doesn't even work!

Hi fixit, Thanks for posting this question, we're keen to help you out with this! Usually if a password reset email isn't arriving this is due to a misspelt email address. So that we can investigate this issue for you and determine whether this is the case for you, could you please send the following information to support@presto.com.au:

- The account holder's name

- Any email addresses the account may be under

- The account holder's date of birth

With that information we should be able to locate your account for you and resolve this issue. If your problem is indeed related to a misspelt email address, we'll also help you change your details so your correct email address is on your account going forward!

The worrying thing is that i can't log in to cancel my account, and they have my credit card details.

Call your bank and do a charge back and cancellation from your end. It is your money and your bank will help you. Do not allow anyany payment to go through to this horrible service. They will say something along the lines of be aware that any future payment will Need to be authorised but I doubt you will want to.

Hey Presto. Looks like all you do is ask for us to email you. Don't you think you should fix this buffering issue? I have already emailed you at support so will wait with interest to see your reply. All your reviews are negative so maybe you will go the way of Vodafail. Can't see much of a future for you. #gonetflix#gostan #goquikflix!!

Presto keeps our users' information confidential and as such, we can't discuss our users' personal details on public spaces. I am having access isues as well, after getting a free trial with Foxtel via Telstra. Is there a phone no. for customer support rather than the very slow email process? Much prefer to talk to a human!!!

Hi Andy No there isn't a phone support. I started a private chat on their Facebook page but the guy was not very helpful and just kept blaming my credit card. I am not with Netflix and they are great and have a month free trial. Good luck.

"Most of our team are on the Presto Community"... Well what are they doing? I've asked questions there and don't get any answer at all. And the answers I do see from you to other frustrated Presto users don't help! You seem to reply to every complaint on Product Review (funny how they're all extremely negative, isn't it?) but this is entirely different to how you treat your customers on your own platform. And how come Netflix works without a hitch on my computer, as does Stan, iTunes, Youtube and every other video platform I can think of except yours! Stop making excuses and do something about your substandard service! And you should have more support! I couldn't find anything on your website either. I have paused my 'membership' after one day and you've already charged me a dollar for sweet nuthin' which I want back and don't you dare take more money illegally from my account as you have from many other 'subscribers' on Product Review or I'll do more than complain here.

Hi Marion, Thanks for the question, we're keen to help you out! As a first step for any T-Box access issues, we'd recommend the following steps: 1. Head to 'Settings' > 'T-Box Information' > 'Reset Options' > 'Reset Settings'. Just be wary that you will lose your scheduled recordings but not your previous recordings.

2. Switch off the T-box device. Then hold down the reset button (located at the bottom of your T-box device) for 2 seconds.

If you're still having issues after this, email support@presto.com.au with a description of your issue and we'll be happy to take things from there!

I have a 12 months subscription from Telstra for Presto. When I go into Presto through my Telstra TV box and go to the Presto app and click on a programme it brings up an Upgrade button and of course I don't want to upgrade I just want to watch it. I have had Presto for 4 months now and haven't watched anything. Before I lost patience because it would not accept my PIN number which I know is right. Incidentally I can access Presto through my IPad. Something is wrong. How do I fix it? At this rate I don't think I will be paying for it when mum free subscription expires.

If you could also include the detail of the Telstra campaign you received that offers you the 12 months free Presto, this would also be helpful. Just to confirm also - Signup for Presto needs to be competed on presto.com.au (on a PC or Mac), with the promotional code added to your account during sign-up. Did you complete this?

Why is season 4 of winners and losers cut short? There is meant to be 26 episodes but yet only 13 from presto. Very annoyed to get so far and then find I can't watch the entire series.
