Not reputable. Do not respond to emails. Placed a large order several weeks ago. Half shipped. Half did not. Despite repeated emails they dont respond. They just kept my money and didnt dispatch the goods. Will be initiating a credit card dispute if I am unable to contact them.

I sent an email regarding a replacement mascara that they replaced the wand kept bending , same problem the first one had, quick response asking for a video that I offered and they requested. I sent the email with the video , 7 emails later and no response . Customer service used to be good, but now Is pathetic . Don’t buy from this company they are pathetic in responding . The other thing I’ve noticed with the latest product is it absolutely irritates my eyes, which it never did. It seems that not only has customer service become inferior so has the product. DO NOT BUY FROM PRIME .

Products are good but watch for $60 minimum order to qualify for free shipping. This is not mentioned in the promo material but is "company policy"!!!!
Purchased the Prime Prometics mascara in black and used it for the first time today. I was impressed at how it made my eyes stand out, lashes long and thick but not brittle. Best of all for me, it didn't flake off or make my eyes stream. Well worth the money, throwing out all the others I have. Would recommmend for mature women :-)
Follow-up · The mascara lasted all night without any flaking or panda eyes. And the night was reasonably warm. Didn't feel brittle either. Brush was easy to use and glided along the lashes. Removed easily with eye make up remover.

Disappointing product by Prime Prometics – Hi. I’ve tried using Prime Prometics mascara touted as the best for mature ladies with sparse eyelashes. Sounds great in theory, but it leaves eyelashes clumpy, dry and “hard”. After all the positive advertising, I expected it to be clump free, and perfect for my age group (well over 50). It is totally a disappointment for me. They also advertise other (age friendly) products, but I am reluctant to try. Once bitten, twice shy. Sue

Update. After leaving multiple negative reviews and comments on social media I did eventually get in contact with the company who offered a refund. Overall their products were quite nice however I won't be purchasing again as it seems quite difficult to get in contact with them when things go wrong. Most companies also have processes in place for items that are unable to be fulfilled and don't leave it up to customers to track down missing items from their order. Usually you would just be notified and a refund issued. If I had not have chased up I'm left with the feeling that they would have just kept my money.
