Poor support experience and inconvenient warranty process The monitor I purchased (PG400U PRO) failed within a very short period. It powers on but has no display or backlight, and I completed isolation testing, which confirms a hardware fault. While support agreed to replace the unit, the process they require is slow and inconvenient. I need to return the faulty monitor first, wait for inspection, and only then receive a replacement.

This also requires me to be home twice during business hours, once for collection and again for delivery, which is not practical. I no longer have the original packaging, and no solution was offered for safe return. Under Australian Consumer Law, a failure this early should be treated as a major fault, and the resolution should not cause inconvenience. The process feels rigid and not customer-focused.

I would not recommend this organisation due to the lack of flexibility and the burden placed on the customer to resolve a clear fault. The product failed early, and the support experience did not meet expectations.

Blue bleed in top corners of monitor – Update: They are by fair the most painful company to process a return and refund, they initial were trying to force a replacement I told them no, I want a refund, after back and forth they agreed to a refund, only to switch after receiving the item to sending out a replacement, awful company do NOT BUY from them. Original review: The monitor itself is a bit over kill for my setup, but looked awesome as secondary monitor, I ran screen tests on both my monitors as they are both brand new, I did it mainly because the Samsung odyssey neo G8 has many reports of poor quality control out of the box, funny enough that passed with flying colours, but the prism+ did not pass, it displays what I can only describe as blue bleed through in the top corners of the screen subtle, but noticeable on white or grey backgrounds, I like to use dark mode for everything so it definitely shows up during use, definitely not what I expect from a new monitor and have never experienced that, except for an older 55” Samsung tv were noticeable blue blotches started to appear on white backgrounds which turn out to be dying LED’s, after 5 year of use, not sure if its the same issue but concerning. I’ve tried every thing I could think of to troubleshoot the issue, reset the display, apply colour profile, change display cable, switch ports on monitor and gpu, switch to hdmi, switch to a laptop, still has blue corner edge, also the buttons for the display settings are real awful to use, definitely think a toggle stick should be industry standard, the stand is also poor quality wobbles like crazy and only has a single screw holding it in place, the is a metal bracket that clips/rests on but still a bit shoddy, l can't recommend this product, wish I’d gone with an AOC or Asus, both have monitors with similar specs, anyway hopefully things get resolved with out getting messy.

stay away from this company at all cost – stay away from this company at all cost. I purchased the monitor XQ340 pro from them, got problem after few uses, they replaced it and then I decided to give it to my friend as a gift. The new monitor have problem straight away, screen went off after few minutes. My friend tried to make a warranty claim however they said as it been giving to my friend they can't provide warranty, so I tried to make a warranty claim and they still refused it, saying I already give it to my friend??? so basically they just try to get rid of faulty stuffs (twice happen) and get away of their responsibilities.

Purchased at Prismplus for $600.

Terrible customer service – Purchased this moniter and it arrived broken. Super disappointing as I needed it that week. Sent photos, did everything they asked and but was treated like I had done something wrong. They requested I return it, which wouldn't normally be an issue but 1) I had to print out the return label; and 2) I had to return it to an AusPost This wouldn't be a big deal but I don't have a printer, don't have a car and this moniter is HUGE and heavy. I am not able bodied so I explained to them that transporting it to an AusPost was a pretty cumbersome task for me and requested a courier to collect in - that is, the same way they delivered it. Their reponse was to "get someone in the household to help". Right.

Disappointing and a MAJOR hassle to go to office works and then get an uber to the post office to return it., given my only crime was that they sent me a broken product.

Purchased in for $589.

PRISM+ XQ340 PRO – Purchased a PRISM+ XQ340 PRO 07/08/2022 from the Prism+ Australia website stock level was available for viewing on the website , instantly received order conformation, the following day I received dispatch conformation and the monitor was delivered on the 10/08/2022 Very fast delivery from out of state. Set up was easy with a good instruction manual provided in the box along with screws, wall mount screws and a display port cable. The stand is light but sturdy the mounting bracket however is quite sloppy it dose provides up, down, left, right tilt, swivel and height adjustment but wobbles for a second when put into place. curved ultra wide, 3440x1440 resolution, 165hz, HDR the display looks amazing and is extremely immersive. In conclusion amazing product for the price $600, at this price I can overlook the average stand mount considering there is almost no competition for a 4k 165hz HDR monitor at this price point. I have written this review to share with other Aussie gamers my experience shopping with Prism+ Australia and wondering if the Prism+ website is dodgy or not.
