Pure Gutters

Louis from Pure Gutters has to be the very best gutter cleaner ever. He was on time, very courteous and did a fantastic job. He identified a broken tile, and replaced it for me. Louis did the very best clean up I have ever experienced. This is the second time I have used Pure Gutters, and I will certainly use them again.

They do a good job, they are fast, friendly and, just as they recommended, I recommend them.

Booked in for onsite quote for gutter clean & roof repair. The guy arrived late. 5 minutes into the walk around for gutter clean, the guy became arrogant and abrupt. At end of walk around, he informed me he wouldn't be doing an inspection of the roof & providing a quote! Said I'd have to pay a $350 fee, and they would only inspect the roof if we… Read more

locked in a gutter clean! Kept telling me they were really busy...?! Quoted nearly 3 times more than other trades quoting for a gutter clean!! Seriously unprofessional, unreliable and nothing short of time wasters! Take note and avoid these guys!

Clean Gutters – Pure Gutters have been cleaning my gutters for over four years and Andres recently did a great job. Very happy to recommend.

pure gutters job for us – andres did a very good job with our gutters chria and gemma

Review from a regular customer – It is a pleasure to have this company send their workmen onto our property. Today’s roof and gutter cleaner was punctual, pleasant, efficient and cleaned up upon completion of task. Excellent job!!

Surrounded by large trees, cleaning our gutters of leaves is a big job – Pure Gutters have been wonderful, their work is thorough and potential sources of future problems are discussed. They are efficient and friendly, without their help our house, which was built in the 1930's, was becoming too difficult for me to clean the gutters. In the recent rains all the gutters have flowed freely and we have had no overflow. Yippee!

Take Responsibility – During the recent rains one of the downpipes overflowed like a shower from the roof end, the water finding its way inside the house. As the gutters were cleaned and cleared recently I called the gutter cleaner [Name Removed] from Pure Gutters to investigate the overflow. As he was busy on a gutter cleaning job he was to call [Name Removed] the… Read more

Manager to speak with me. The sms exchange was from 7.30am to 9.30am with [Name Removed] still presumably working at a job. When [Name Removed] the Manager finally called me at about 11.00am she was abrupt to the point of being rude and in no uncertain terms insisted that the gutters and downpipes were cleaned and no one will attend to this issue today as it is too dangerous to work?? And no one will be attending to it any other time either. I politely ended the repetitive conversation as [Name Removed] was not going to take responsibility neither was she going to extend the courtesy of arranging a visit by a cleaner. The integrity and work ethics of a company is judged by the after sales service extended to a client and in my case, it was non-existent. I had to call in a plumber to flush out the debris from the 6meter long downpipe. Pure Gutters will not clean my gutters ever again.
