I have read some of the reviews and found out that the chocolatr worming treatment for dos and puppies has been discontinued. This is the only wormer my dog will take as it is choc. coated and she is a fussy eater. I live in Mackay and I know a lot of pet owners who used this product. Have you looked into why sales have declined? Was it too expensive, how/where it was displayed may have contributed to the sales decline or maybe pets have passed away the medicayion no longer needed. Anyway enough of my gripe. Is there a product I can throw on the floor like the choc. coated one as this is how I gave it to my dog. Thanks Steve

Is it safe to give half a square to our tiny 2 and a half weeks pups. Is it necessary at this age?
Hi Josephine, thank you for reaching out to us, half a square is the correct dosage for dogs or puppies up to 5kg, and you can start treatment from 2 weeks of age. Half a tablet will be the correct dosage for your puppies at this time.
Hi my puppys are 2 and a half weeks old. Do I start with the chocolate worming treatment now and is half a square too much? At this age

My jack Russell overdosed on purina totalcare chocolate worming treatment had 3 more squares than she should have they dropped to the floor while I was trying to give my other jack Russell a dose
Dodage
have a dog 8kg. how often do I give her a square? Packet says lasts 3months. Is that per square or 6 squares over that period?
As per the instructions I read it to be 1 square per 10kg weight once every 3 months. Overdosing could be harmful.Hope that helps.
How many squares of worming chocolate do u give to a small size dog-jack russelX?????
Suggest you follow the instructions on the packet.
Less than 10kg = 1 square
10kg to 20kg = 2 squares
5 Kgs or less= 1/2 square
I got my pup at 8 weeks, I gave her a purina total care worming choc tablet that week she is now 10 weeks and she is scrapping her butt again it says to give again at 12 but can I give her the other half 2 weeks early? She is an inside dog and has scrapped her bum inside to.
Would suggest you stick to the instructions on the pack. The problem could be other cause related. Have you considered checking with a vet?
