Would I be able to use it after a couple of lower back injuries with apparent inflammation pain now without causing more damage . I just need to strengthen up my leg and back muscles as now are quite weak ? Any ideas or clues

Does the leg master help with pelvic floor muscles?

Not unless you deliberately squeeze those muscles whilst doing the workout. Like to stop peeing and lift up the pelvis muscles.

I would say yes if you have no complications. There is no bouncing or pounding but still check with your doctor first.

I would say yes but check with your doctor first. There is no jarring or stress on the knee joint beyond carrying your body weight. All movements are smooth, but difficult for your thigh muscles if you make it challenging.

Lost DVD can I get a copy?

Hi, sorry but I don't have the technology to copy a DVD nor the time. I have, however, found numerous versions of the leg magic exercise routine/s on YouTube. There are many uploaded to YouTube, some of better quality than others. Alternative is to contact the companies still selling Leg Magic (and there seem to be several of those also) and ask for a replacement DVD to be sent to you - obviously more expensive than watching the YouTube ones, though.
