We purchased our first Quattro Power Mop from Carpet Call Joondalup 21 September 2025, we used it once then we couldn’t turn it on. We followed all instructions and troubleshooting before returning the unit. Unfortunately the staff treated us very poorly after keeping our unit for 24 hours replacing it as “Good Will gesture” it failed again… Read more
shortly after using it only the once. We are still unsure if we should approach Carpet Call again as we prefer not same reaction as previous, we would like to warn people to not waste their money on an item that doesn’t deliver.
I am on my 3rd replacement & again just stopped working after being told that the store had a bad batch. I will taking this one back & getting a refund. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE Show details
I bought mine in April, had it nearly 4 months, it stopped working took it back to carpet call, it was replaced with a new one, it is 17th November and i took this one back this morning, not working. They are not worth the money. Jill Bremner Show details
Follow-up · Made sure it was fully charged and had water in the tank, it wouldn't spray out the water, I haven't heard about any replacement and they have had it about 6 weeks. Not even a phone call about it. This is the second mop I've had the first one just stopped working. Jill Bremner
Did not work for me – The mop never worked and product I purchase from Preston store stained my white tile floors and I returned the mop, they refused to give me a refund Show details
So glad to have this in my home! – Great on my hybrid floor. I use almost daily as I have dogs in the house. I change the water for each room...As I have a shoulder injury...this suits me excellently. Wouldnt be good for really excessively dirty floors though, in my opinion. Show details
Great when it works – I can’t recall how long I have had it but I have not used it that much but it was fantastic to start with . The battery would charge on and off and it doesn’t start even with a new charger . There is nowhere is South Australia to have it looked at. I bought a cheaper version that has washable pads with a scourer pads that are readily available to re purchase.when necessary. Would I buy another? …. No Show details
Impressed so far – So I recently purchased the Quattro electric mop from Carpet Call. This is a rebranded for Australia Reecoo Electric Mop if you wanted to do some more research before purchase. Well to start with the first time I used this mop was 2 days after a rent inspection clean to give context, and when I seen the quality of the water in the self cleaning… Read more
bucket at the end of my mopping I was disgusted but also impressed. I didn't expect the water to be so filthy afterwards considering I'd recently done a solid clean (I was using one of those spray mops with micro fibre pad previously) of my apartment. It confirmed my thinking process into making the purchase of the Quattro was correct.
I found the Quattro to be a little slower than using my other mop, however it is far less strenuous on the back and is kind of cathartic in a way.
The way I used the mops self cleaning function during the mopping process was manually (I used the auto function at the end) which is simple to do (see Reecoo Youtube Tutorials) and it allowed me to dictate more precisely how wet the pads would be.
The Quattro is extremely quiet to operate, lightweight and somewhat self propelled. You more just guide the mop if that makes sense.
I can't comment on reliability as yet as it's still a new purchase, but it feels solid and worth the price. One thing that's concerned me about spray mops is if the spray tube gets blocked the mop is effectively dead. With the Quattro, touch wood, if the spray function were to fail, you could still use the mop due to the self cleaning bucket. I found I used that more in terms of adding water through less drying (manual cleaning function) than I did the stay feature.
Regular maintenance is simple and time effective. Just run the auto self cleaning function to clean and dry (still damp) the pads. The cleaning station/bucket is just a quick wipe. Then set everything back up. The mop sits elevated on the cleaning station so although the mop pads are slightly damp after self cleaning they air dry without getting mouldy.
Overall so far I'm extremely happy with this purchase.
Amazing. Just plain easy – This mop is amazing. I have just used it for the first time. I researched endlessly and saw that so many of the mops available were just limited to pushing dirty water around the floor. I have a robot that will do a damp wipe over but needed something that washed like a good old mop and bucket with detergent as we have three pets and both my… Read more · 1
husband and I have injuries and medical conditions that limit our strength to do it manually. I put detergent just in the bucket not the spray tank. The cleaning cycle rinses then removes excess water perfectly. If u can fill and empty the bucket and stand or even sit in a chair on castors this mop will scrub your floors effortlessly.

great . I would only recommend using water in the system but some have used vinegar . The self cleaning pads system is what sold me . You place the mop on the base press the button and in less than a minute pads are clean again and ready to use . My floors get super dirty and this has impressed me .
