Raco Deco Toaster – Noticed the paint blistering in between the toast slots within a week. Contacted Raco , after much searching, only through their contact us , & asked for an email so as to send them pictures. Advised that they only did a reply paid service which we were not keen on. Sending a $80 toaster via unregistered postage is a bit of a concern.Emailed them to confirm receipt one week later as we had heard nothing. Later advised that their service department had examined & said that the round blisters were cuts , but they would refund out of "goodwill",

Extremely difficult to get service. Will not acknowledge faults with their production.Made you feel like they were doing us a favour, even though , we were doing them a favour by alerting them to a production defect so that they could improve their product.Ended up buying a $8 Homemaker which we haven't had an issue with It cooked toast Expensive , bad service, poor customer relations

I loved it until it broke down! Poor customer service! – This toaster was fantastic! I bought it to replace another popular model of toaster that was dreadful from day 1. The Raco toaster did not disappoint. It cooked the toast evenly on each side, and had easy to use controls for defrosting, reheating and crumpets. It also had plenty of room for thick bread and crumpets inside the toasting slots. I am pleased to say that all worked well. It is also a very stylish looking toaster that would suit any kitchen. But sadly after only a few months, the middle elements stopped working, so in order to cook toast I have to cook one side then turn it around and cook the other which is very time consuming! I contacted the company who supply Raco products (this wasn't easy) and was told to put the toaster in the mail and send it back. They did give me a reply paid code to use but after 3 months I no longer had the original box and I am yet to find something I can pack it in to send it to them. I dont understand why they cant have one of the local electronic repair places look at it as they deal with warranties for many different companies. By the time I buy a suitable box to send it, I might as well buy a new toaster! Even if I were to send it, there is no guarantee that they will cover the repairs. I think the customer service is very poor, so as nice as this toaster looks and as fantastic as it was when working, stay away! It looks great and has plenty of functions when it works! Bad warranty service!!

Terrible – Very disappointed in this toaster looks great but looks can be deceiving.Also the ouside of the toaster is very hot to touch.Returned toaster for refund after only 2 weeks . This toaster was stylish to look at and it read as if it would be great. Toast cooked unevenly ,always burnt your fingers when you had to get crumpets and muffins out of the slots.
