Steer clear! You've been warned – Ordered on 7 June 2020 and it took them months to deliver my purchase, after setting and resetting ETAs multiple times. It is 17 February 2021 and I'm still waiting for a set of dumbbells. Raw over promises and under delivers to the point where you think they might be constantly lying to lure unsuspecting customers. Worst company ever - waiting 7 months for equipment & still don't have them – Worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased 2 orders in July 2020. They over sold and under delivered which meant I had to wait months for my benches to be delivered. Even then I had to press and ask for a refund before they delivered it. dates of delivery back 4 times, and delivered a set of 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, 6kg, and 7kg in 3 separate deliveries and telling me that I need to wait now till the end of Feb to receive the rest. I have already put in a complaint to Fair Trading, asked for a refund of the remaining dumbbells. I am not one to make complaints and leave reviews but in this case I'm so frustrated and annoyed and blown away at the lack of service or care that I wouldn't even purchase from this company ever again if you paid me to. Worst decision to ever buy from RAW, they use misleading ETA's. I could've bought all my gear from SMAI who are my normal suppliers but these guys had the earliest ETA's and yet SMAI have had container after container of equipment arrive since I purchased these stupid dumbbells, I could've purchased my orders twice over with them in the last 7 months. Terrible company and would not recommend them to anyone.

A joke of a company – Ordered in July, expected to arrive in September. Now they are telling me it won’t be here til December. Every time I ask where my product is they keep saying “another 3 weeks”. They won’t even give a refund for not keeping up to their expected time frame. If you can’t guarantee a time frame, then don’t do pre-orders. Simple as that. You need their equipment in your life – A very proactive company willing to assist and help wherever they can. Products delivered were much better than expected, after 10 years within the industry their bench press is one of the best I have found and it’s longer, allowing for taller people to comfortably fit their whole torso. Completely lied about arrival time – I put in an order on March 25th with an ETA of 6 weeks. That would mean my pack would arrive on the 6th May. Called and they said early June for arrival. place to buy kettlebells online because there are some really dodgy and yet still expensive ones out there, but i can guarantee that RAW are 100% genuine with their advertisement of their equipment as it matches the description and pictures that they provide, and once it arrives you will not be disappointed! Great product and service – I bought an Olympic barbell from this company. Staff answered my telephone queries before I placed the order online. delivery took three days from their warehouse to Canberra. Equipment very good quality and packaged well for protection. Well done RF.

Good product and service – I was looking for a decent set of gymnastic rings. I contacted RAW to ask about their product and also wanted to ensure delivery times as I wanted them for travelling. Immediate response and confirmation of delivery time. Very good customer service. Wooden gymnastic rings are excellent, solid rings, good webbing (with measurements), velcro bands to capture excess webbing. I would recommend these rings.

affordable price I being a fitness enthusiast am very keen for the best products at the best prices and RAW really does offers that to me whilst it being locally based in Sydney South , the one negative I believe is the fact that it isn't a physical shop yet , traveling to a warehouse to buy products is a bit different if raw was to grow and open up I store I believe the customer base would grow rapidly . Very customer friendly and product is reliable Need a better location, taren point industrial area isn't ideal for customers , like to have an actual store
