Recovry Zone Sauna Elite
3 reviews
Sauna worked great for the first month or two then the intermittent turning off and tripping the electrical outlet started happening, now just over the the yearly warranty and the timer counts backwards by itself and turns itself off. So I reached out to recovery zone for a replacement or repair and because had just gone over the yearly warranty I was offered a new one with a 30% discount. Steer clear of this poorly made rubbish. Definitely go with another brand.

Dodgy Products of poor quality and then when they break, the customer "service" team uses stalling, denying, gaslighting tactics to avoid taking any accountability and then refuse refunds. No contact number on their website and customer service refuses to give you one. Email replies are slow and customer "service" is almost non existent. Their website doesnt allow bad reviews and I question whether the ones they have are real based on this site gaining traction. In case anyone does want a number its 0435353696 however the phone never answers as you'd fully expect with most shady companies
Follow-up · Follow Up - Spent $50 or so to send back the product upon their request so they could check the product and they denied any fault (of course) then proceeded to say that it was unsafe for them to hold the product (as the product was unhygenic) and that they could either destroy the product or return it to me at my cost. There are so many questions here and with concerns about microplastics etc in society today, i would question how safe breathing in rust (as the poles rust) and the fumes coming through from plastic tubes even are. Recovry Zone are shady, they sell low quality products that are potentially harmful to your health.

So satisfying – I'm very surprised there is no product review on this or people not encouraged to do one here. This sauna is a learning curb, you have to work out which heat is best and safest for you. It's a fantastic product, there are rules to follow and must be followed to get the best out of it and for safety and health. What they don't tell you, to get the most out of your sauna steamer you have to use distilled water in the steamer chamber, so about $1 a litre. I bought a vevor water distiller, a 4 liter batch will cost $1 in power , free if you have solar , and last you about 10 saunas @ 15 min on heat 9 or 10. It took me about 2 weeks to adjust time and temperature to the great sauna experience, it's great after a workout and it does make you feel and sleep better for sure. One bit of false advertising is they say you burn 500 calories, this is semi true but not true, when you rehydrate this mainly comes back, you will burn about 50 calories, but the benefits are fantastic. Follow the sauna rules , stay hydrated and this will be a great improvement in your life and wellness, this does not replace exercise but an additional part of it or to relax.
